In order to maximize your time at the Grand Canyon, we pick up from SELECT hotels on or near the Strip and Downtown. The pickup location you will enter will be used as reference so we could assign you to the closest pickup point from the hotel or address where you are staying. You may be asked to walk to a property adjacent to your hotel to minimize pickup spots in order to begin the tour as quickly as possible. Pickup times are scheduled between 5:00AM and 6:00AM depending on your assigned pickup location. Complete pickup details will be sent to you on the day before your tour, on or before 8PM. PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend not to make any reservations for shows or dinner in the same evening of a tour because many different circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions can result in getting back to Vegas later than expected. We are not liable for missed shows, tickets reservations, etc.

Don't book with this agency! They are dishonnest! They cancel my tour 12h before the trip and I'm still waiting for the refund (since 3 months)!!! I sent them several emails, but no money back. Read carefully other reviews, Grand Canyon Destinations often proceed like that. Cancellation just before the start, and no refund. Absolutely to avoid!!!
We were suppose to be picked up at our hotel this morning at 6:00 AM. Tour bus did not show up. We called in to Viator and they finally told us our trip had been cancelled as of a couple days ago!! We never got notification and Viator has NOT refunded our money yet!!!!
This trip was cancelled last minute (the day before we were supposed to go). The replacement trip that was offered was on a day would have already left Vegas. We had to scramble to get a replacement trip. I planned this event back in December 2025.
Great tour. Brandon and Eric did a wonderful job. Entertaining and informative. Bathroom stops every hour (a plus for us older folks). The only negative was we were dropped off at another hotel about a mile further from where we were picked up.
They don't give good information about where to meet the bus! We missed ours because of this awful!!
It was great. Curty did a wonderful job and was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable on the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam.
They cancelled the day before when we were already in town booked in our hotel.
They charged my account $311.00 on the morning of January 24th, then a little later sent a notification to call them. I was the. Told the trip was cancelled and I’d have to ask for my money back from some other entity. I bought the tickets on the Viator app and thought I would be able to get a refund from the same place. It should be automatic when a trip is cancelled.

The tour covered Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon, offering spectacular views. The Skybridge is worth it only if you choose the bundled ticket. Guano Point provides breathtaking scenery, especially toward the end, and learning about Native American history and resilience was truly eye-opening. However, coordination needs improvement. I faced issues at the pickup point and had to take a taxi to the breakfast stop. Another passenger was missed at the canyon, which delayed the bus by two hours. Since foreign travelers often don’t have a U.S. number, operators should consider using WhatsApp or enabling international calling for better communication. The security check at the canyon felt more like a formality. Food-wise, I’m glad I skipped the meal option—it’s passable at best. There are plenty of stops en route for subs or burgers, but note that canyon restaurants are overcrowded and outside food isn’t allowed. Overall, the views make the trip worthwhile, but the operator needs to improve communication and logistics for international guests.
