The trip was cancelled by the operator few hours before the tour. Had to reschedule the complete program and had to book same tour with another operator which we did 4 years ago. Inconvenience and waste of money.
Our tour was cancelled at the last minute, so I expect a full refund please. Please advise when this will be available.
Didn’t make it. It was canceled and was notified only by checking the app while we were waiting for the shuttle. It would have been nice to receive a phone call!!!
Built our family vacation around a trip to Grand Canyon. 2 pm day before the trip I get an email from company saying they cancelled for "unforeseen circumstances!" I had already paid for four people and had to scramble to find another company. Would never recommend this company. It is a gamble you shouldn't take.
Horrible company to deal with. Our excursion was cancelled due to snow at the Grand Canyon which was understandable. What isn’t understandable is at least 3 emails to the company looking for my refund which is now 5 months past due. For a response the first time apologizing and saying Accounting was working on it. Haven’t received any response to last two emails. Thieves is what they are looking at all the other similar situations.
The tour was canceled the day before. This tour was the main reason why we came to this vacation and we ended up not going because you canceled at the last minute. We were not able to book another tour in the few remaining days we had. This was very disappointing.
Our trip to the Grand Canyon South Rim was unforgettable, and a huge part of that was our guide. Out of all the guides I’ve had on different tours, this was by far the best prepared. He was like a living encyclopedia, sharing fascinating facts about the geology, history, wildlife, Native American culture, and the surrounding landscapes throughout the day. The drive never felt long because there was always something interesting to learn. Every stop came with insightful explanations that made us appreciate the Grand Canyon so much more than if we had visited on our own. If you’re looking for more than just beautiful views and want to truly understand what you’re seeing, I highly recommend this tour. The Grand Canyon is breathtaking, but having such a knowledgeable and passionate guide made the experience exceptional.
Great day learned a lot. Lots of fun.
The tour itself was good. Trip Advisor was not. The information sent by them said Grand Canyon Destinations was the tour operator but they were not. GC Destinations would not return my calls, voice mail full etc. when trying to find out about pickup. I had to pay for an Uber to another hotel for pickup because they said they didn’t pick up at my Hotel but the real tour operator said they did. Anyway I will never use Trip Advisor or GC Destinations ever again. Both need to improve their communications skills
Tour company canceled at the last minute after I had booked this about 5 months in advance. No explanation and now I have to wait up to two weeks to see if they have refunded my fees! The last time I booked with them it was an amazing adventure!
