Currently tuktuk can not do the booked tour in Florence! We were not warned. We've been put on a fait accompli. Not even a refund proposal. Our guide improvised a visit, without much interest. Where he repeated 15x the same information. And he dragged another 30 minutes around to swallow the pill. By complaining that he had also taken it upon himself having a headache and had to get up to do this service!

Our driver was friendly and stopped us along a few points of interest, but eventually led us to the top of an overlook area, where we got that class and amazing overlook at Florence. It was a great overview of the area on our first day in the city.

disaster. the anticipated advance was not respected due to order (well, it had to be communicated before and not on the same day). Flat also the tire of the vehicle.... but this can happen.

Very nice authentic driver with a lot of knowledge about Florence. Was very pleasant, also our son (14) liked it well. What is still missing on five stars would have been a few stops to be able to visit some things briefly inside. Nevertheless, we would do the tour again.
Our interests to show him the whole city without making unnecessary stops and hurrying up time and we put 80 minutes instead of 70 minutes but always in your favor thank you for everything
