You will taste local products during 5 carefully selected tasting breaks serving lunch. This tour is led by a family-run Lyon company, proud to offer a warm and authentic experience. It will allow you to stroll from the elegant peninsula to the unmissable Old Lyon. You’ll visit the must-see places in Lyon as well as lesser-known places, with light and unusual anecdotes. We will open the door to Lyon institutions as well as smaller houses, each run by men and women who will share their passion. Our guide Nathalie was very welcoming and her expertise was amazing! She is full of stories to involve us in the gourmet background of Lyon - wine, cheese, chocolate, meat- everything looked magically attractive through her eyes!

Tour guide Amily was wonderful, very informative, courteous, friendly, gracious, caring, and helpful. She was a blessing and made my Lyon experience delightful. My tour got changed to one that didn't include the lunch (the other tour didn't have enough signed up), but I think I got a partial refund. Thank you.
Nathalie was a great and genuinely engaging local host. She shared little nuggets about Lyon’s history and culture that felt natural and added a lot to the experience. The only thing that took away from it a bit was the group size. Eight people felt like a lot and made it less intimate than it could have been. Also, a few guests arrived late, which threw off the flow while Nathalie tried to get everyone back together. It would probably help to have a clear policy that if you are more than 15 minutes late, you forfeit your spot so the experience stays smooth for everyone else.
What a great 4 hours spent learning about the local history of Lyon and tasting some fantastic food and wine/beer. Shirine was a fantastic host/tour guide.

Great experience on our food tour in Lyon! Thanks to Nathalie, a passionate and exciting guide, we discovered monuments, history and Lyon specialities. Tastings at local grocery stores and eating in a cork were delicious. A rich, gourmet and warm visit that we highly recommend!
Beautiful gastronomic tour with a group of nine people.. Atmosphere a little spoiled by the rain, but the good humor and wise advice of Nathalie and the succulent food she introduced us to more than compensated the grayness of the day.
