See the Sagrada Família from the outside; interior visit is included if tickets are available. If not, the tour will visit Casa Batlló instead (Golden Hour not guaranteed in this monument). This tour gives you the chance to explore both Sagrada Família and Park Güell, two of Gaudí’s most famous works. Your Official Licensed Guide will share all about Sagrada Família, Park Güell, and Gaudí’s incredible vision. The tour continues at Park Güell with skip-the-line access to the monumental zone and panoramic city views. Please note: the meeting point may be Sagrada Família or Park Güell, confirmed the day before. Golden Hour can be experienced at Sagrada Família and Park Güell if weather allows. All tickets are managed by us, but must be paid directly to the guide on the day of the tour. Enjoy personalized attention from a professional guide. We start the tour at Sagrada Familia and you will learn all about the history and the intriguing mystical symbolism of the Basilica, tour the facades that are still under construction and see the incredible interior that will leave you speechless. Your guide will be available to answer all of your questions, being at the disposal of the group the whole tour with personal attention. In addition to a detailed explanation of the facades and the interior from your Official Guide, you will also have a skip-the-line tickets to go inside. Please, note that tickets are not included in tour price. Ticket price is 26€ per person
You'll continue to Park Guell with a comfortable transport where the city is beneath your feet and you can admire the marvelous and famous city gardens - another astounding Antoni Gaudi designed UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walking tour through the public areas and reservation of skip-the-line tickets to the monumental area of the park and will be the sunset time to take the best pictures without crowds. Please, note that tickets are not included in the price. Ticket price is 10€ per person.

Isabel was very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our afternoon with her. My only complaint isn’t with Isabel, but with the organization. First, my child was charged the adult rate, which I found quite steep and, in my opinion, unfair. In addition, for the price, I feel the entrance fees and the return taxi fare should have been included. Providing bottled water would also have been a thoughtful touch given that it was a private tour. That said, Isabel herself was excellent.

We would, however, like to clarify a few points. The tour you booked was not a private tour. As a courtesy, we arranged for Isabel to guide only your party, giving you a private guiding experience at no additional cost. However, the other benefits of our private tour, such as hotel pick-up and drop-off, entrance fees, and other inclusions, are only available when the private tour option is booked. Regarding your child, we were not informed in advance that a child would be joining the tour. Without that information, it is not possible for us to arrange child tickets or apply child pricing for attractions. The booking was processed based on the information provided at the time of reservation. We always do our best to accommodate our guests whenever possible, and in this case we were pleased to provide a complimentary upgrade to a private guided experience. We appreciate your feedback and are glad that Isabel made your visit such an enjoyable one.

We booked a few months ago and the week prior to they let us know the date was not available. We rearranged and moved to a new date. We booked the golden hour and paid quite a bit more for it. The day before the tour they moved our time and start point from the church to the park so we did not get to go in during the golden hour. I even confirmed in text we would still get during that time and they lied and said we would. We toured with Faedra, she was very knowledgable. We had a hard time finding her upon arrival. Another couple joined us half way through the tour and they also had a hard time finding her. I walked away to throw trash away and my husband did as well to take a picture and she asked us if we were leaving the tour and kind of scolded us for not paying attention. Her pace was rather slow. Her explanations outside the church took so much time that we had very limited time inside, around 30 minutes. The inside seemed very rushed and that took away from the experience. She was very knowledgeable when we asked questions and was mostly very personable, just unable to adjust the tour based on our preferences.
Hello. We would like to clarify a few points. After the Sagrada Familia cancelled the tickets for your original date (we had them reserved & paid), we offered you alternatives to visit other monuments. You then asked if it was possible to reschedule the tour for another day including Sagrada Familia, and we successfully secured tickets at your requested time. We informed you that you would experience the Golden Hour, which is visible throughout the tour. Unfortunately, on the day of your visit, the weather turned cloudy shortly before your entry, which prevented the sunlight from being visible — something completely beyond anyone’s control. At no point did we provide false information or mislead you. Your confirmed booking has always been for the full tour, not only Sagrada Familia. The meeting point and start time were clearly communicated, and our guide arrived exactly on time. Any delays caused by other participants joining incorrectly did not affect your tour. Our guide followed the planned itinerary to ensure both exterior explanations and interior visit, acted professionally, and delivered the service as contracted. For these reasons, we believe this review does not fairly reflect the service provided
Anna was an exceptional guide. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Spain’s history, the Sagrada Familia and Park Guelle. She paced the tour perfectly, allowing time to stop and experience everything while making sure we had time to complete everything. She answered so many questions and never made us feel like it was too much. She even offered restaurant suggestions at the end of the tour, and helped us navigate getting to our next place. I cannot say enough about this experience and would gladly do another tour with Anna anytime!!!!

Not to be missed! Our guide, Xavier, was the best! He had all the answers! He made it interactive to see what we knew and filled in all the blanks! Gave us the complete history of the basilica and the park not overlooking anything and gave us the opportunity to ask questions without making us feel bad! He did it in such a way that you felt like he was just chatting with you rather than a boring pre-rehearsed lecture! He was extremely knowledgeable on everything, attractive, and easy to understand! He slowed down when some of our group needed to but kept everyone engaged while he did it! A true master tour guide of what is probably the best single thing in all of Spain! If we had more time, we would have seen if he could have been our guide on anything else! This was the perfect end to a bucket list trip!

We had a fantastic time. I loved starting at the Parc and ending at Sagrada. It truly was the Golden Hour. The light coming through all the stained glass was magical. We've been to Sagrada at least six times and Faidra was by far the best guide we've had! Thank you for a beautiful afternoon.
