Visit to Friðheimar greenhouse where we learn about the magic methods of managing pests by using biological controls and to grow delicious tomatoes in a eco friendly way with the aid of geothermal heat which Iceland has in abundance.
Geysir geothermal area is where the Strokkur geyser shoots a column of water up to 30 meters (98 ft.) into the air every 4-8 minutes in a thrilling display of nature’s forces.
Visit to Gullfoss (Golden Falls) waterfall, created by the river Hvítá, which tumbles and plunges into a crevice some 32 m (105 ft.) deep.
The Golden Circle tour also includes the historical and geological wonder that is Thingvellir National Park, where the American and Eurasian tectonic plates are pulling apart at a rate of a few centimeters per year.

Pickup Locations & Times
• Please be at your designated pickup point at least 30 minutes prior to departure. Our pickup vehicles are well marked with the Reykjavik Excursions. • Each driver has a few stops, so it can take up to 30 minutes to finish picking everyone up, so there is no need to worry if the bus is not there right away.

Today’s trip was very impressive and breathtaking! It was a very good experience with our driver Arni, and of course our tour guide Eric was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He made it very comfortable for us and while having fun at the destinations we learnt a lot about them during the golden circle tour. He answered all of my questions and is very passionate for what he does loves his job and we greatly appreciate it!

Very interesting and informative tour. Wish could have stayed at some of the sites a little longer but it still was a great way of experiencing some really interesting places.

The guide (Kristian) was excellent. He knew a lot about Iceland and very nice. The crowd was just the right amount. Not full but plenty of people. The atmosphere was very calm.
