Enjoyed the options however some activities were not available, it appeared to have limited times. The big bus city tour appeared to have one bus per route and it took a long time to get another one. I tried to buy the one in Barcelona but all the Sagrada Família were booked so I did not buy. I would expend options thank you 4/5
Of the 3 attractions we picked, one was canceled, another the day was changed and the third we had a first time guide. Our guide at the Royal Palace was Gigi, and she was very good. The new one did ok, but rushed us through.

I booked direct with Go City for two people the unlimited tour two days, the El escorial tour with the operators very well with them, those who operate appointments for tours the royal placio, museum of the meadow, museum Reina Sofia very bad, one never answered, the other cancelled, while Bernabeu the operator if we were given the tour in English, the tour to Alcala de Henares and tapas tour cancelled for lack of people, we had to look for other activities on our own, the big bus very well, if you could get off and climb where we needed. So I would tell them to book if they want to in time but they can cancel their tours and run out of them. You choose if you want to do it

Bellonil museum, with the guide it is worth it, very good and prepared. However, I do not recommend the card pre-purchased with Go City, we threw the money because there was no possibility to book other facilities.

Our tour guide Clara was absolutely amazing! Beyond her enchanting Spanish accent, she was so incredible and knowledgeable about all the paintings and the history of each artist. It always makes these types of visits so much easier when the children can stay engaged with a guide and Clara was so patient and engaging with the kids. She encouraged them to ask questions and quizzed them throughout the tour. Definitely an A+ experience!

Very good tour, excellent guides, very nice cities. But I had bad experiences with Amigo tours, what a mess of company. I got canceled a lot of tours. I was charged a card surcharge for allegedly not attending the Toledo visit when I actually did. And when I went to claim no one showed up. It's a shame because the guides are good but the company is a complete mess.
