It was very awesome experience with Ms. Salma..specifically my son (8 years) enjoined her company a lot. She explained in detail about the places specifically in St Moritz...
The train is very picturesque and a great experience. Very comfortable and fantastic views the whole way. The only problem we had was that the time in st moritz felt very rushed. It felt like we were only off the train and then had to rush to get back on again. We would have targeted have a bit more time there before getting back on the train again for two hours.
The train ride was very enjoyable. Our guide, Lincoln, was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to people in the Zurich area.
Carlos led us smoothly through catching our train and making the correct transfer to the lovely train through the beautiful Swiss Alps. Very knowledgeable and caring guide.

The booking process is confusing and charges are not transparent. Tickets included and seats not clear Tour guide Lincoln did well to guide us throughout.
We were initially disappointed that we did not receive a German-speaking guide. But Salma was simply great. We understood each other even with limited English skills, and when it was really difficult, we used our phone for help!

It was a beautiful day made better by the views. Stunning. Everything we could have hoped. The trains are such a nice way to experience the route. What made the experience over the top was our guide, Salma. She was such a personable delight. We learned much more then the tour. We learned culture, history, personal experiences and just a really good time during the train ride. SHE made this trip great!!!!
