The description of the tour is outdated, but the experience was good. We were dropped off at the Monet house and gardens and had plenty of time to wander through both and walk to the church and Monet’s grave, then stop for lunch. The Money house and gardens were beautiful and worth seeing. Then the bus took us to the outlet mall, but we found the mall to be a disappointment. Not a lot of stores, and even the discount prices were very expensive. Our bus driver was kind enough to let us sit on the bus for the last hour of the stop, maybe due to the thunderstorm that came through with a lot of rain mixed with hail. I would recommend that you take the trip out to the Monet house, but skip the mall
Dear Bonita, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us — we truly appreciate your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that your visit to the Monet house and gardens was a highlight of the day, and that you had enough time to explore both the property and the surrounding area at your own pace. We also want to acknowledge your comments regarding the outlet mall portion of the tour. We understand it did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback on the tour description being outdated is equally noted — we will make sure to review it so that future travelers have a more accurate picture of what to expect. We are also happy to hear that our driver was attentive and accommodating, especially given the difficult weather conditions you experienced. Your suggestions are very valuable to us as we continuously work to improve our tours, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again on one of our future itineraries. Kind regards, Extime Travel (formerly Paris City Vision)
The instructions were very clear. Our guide was very informed. I had plenty of time to see every thing.
Dear traveler, Thank you so much for your comment. We are so glad to hear you thoroughly enjoyed your day trip to Giverny thanks to our guide! We look forward to welcoming you again in the future! Kind regards, Paris City Vision
It was a terrible experience. I bought 2 tickets to visit Monet's house. Combined with the tour there was a visit to a shopping mall. When we arrived at the meeting point a very rude operator said that our tickets did not include a visit to Monet’s house. We showed the link where we booked but they said we had to pay another ticket. We are right, we know how to read and the site is misleading. We bought a visit to Monet's house. We have now opened a report and asked for a refund. If the refund is not made, we will report and report what happened to the competent authorities. We will not stop for justice and principle. We are really disappointed and if you do not fix it we will never use and recommend your platform again.
Dear Elena, Thank you for your comment. We are very sorry that you had to go through this situation. However, we would like to clarify that at the time of booking, you selected only the round-trip transportation and not the option that included Monet’s House. At the meeting point, it was clearly explained to you what you had booked, what was included, and what was not. The service you were requesting was not included in the product you purchased. Additionally, you were offered the option to purchase another product that did include entry to Monet’s House. We sincerely regret the situation, but please understand that we cannot provide a service that was not requested. We hope to welcome you under better circumstances. Kind regards, Paris City Vision
Beautiful garden even in autumn and not too crowded- the house reflects well the painter's lifestyle-the staff is welcoming
Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la visite, le charme du jardin en automne et l’accueil de notre équipe. Bien cordialement,
We had a great time. Transportation was fast and easy. Getting into the House and Garden was fast as well because we did not need to buy tickets there. Overall good experience. Anthony was a great help as well. 5/5
Dear Carter, Thank you very much for your kind review. We are delighted to hear that you had a great time and that the transportation and entry to the House and Garden were smooth and easy. We are especially pleased that Anthony was able to assist and make your experience even better. We truly appreciate your 5/5 rating and hope to welcome you again on another tour soon. Best regards,
Our Uber was stuck in traffic. I messaged what said was the tour operator but was not. They left without us and said had they got the message they would have waited. Suck poor service and not what I am used to from Viator.. I think I have to book now directly with the company so it is accurate information. HORRIBLE
Thank you for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry for the frustration you experienced. We understand how disappointing it is to miss a tour, especially when you made an effort to communicate. Unfortunately, it seems your message did not reach our team directly — had we received it in time, we would have done our best to assist or wait within reason. This is also why we strongly recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before departure, as traffic in Paris can be unpredictable and our tours must leave on time out of respect for all participants. Best regards,
The house is beautiful. The tour completely sucked. Nothing posted was provided. We had no time there and several points of interest were skipped. It said maximum 10 people. There were 40. So disgusted! Lunch at an old mill restaurant? Had no idea what we were talking about. I'm an experienced traveler and this one just boggles the mind!
Today we visited the village of Giverny and the house and gardens of Claude Monet. Beings somewhat of a philistine when it comes to art, the biggest private collection in the world didn't exactly float my boat but the gardens were certainly worth the trip out there. We booked the tour online from Melbourne and arranged pickup from our Air BnB. We shared a mini bus with a couple of South Africans and 4 Americans. Our tour guide for the day was Andre and he was a well seasoned professional. He knew exactly what he needed to do to ensure a good return of tips at the end of the day. He was genuinely a good communicator and friendly operator. Monet's gardens were something to behold. We are about a month too early for the water lilies but there were some that had opened early. The lakes must be impressive when they're in full bloom. The rest of the gardens are superb. Although they're French gardens, there are lots of what I'd just call English garden plants. Plenty of giant Poppies, Rhododendrons, Roses and hundreds of other species. The house was in good repair and impressive. It was a bit of a Fawlty Towers design though with lots of ups and downs (not unlike Shakespear's joint) The trip home was about 2 hours as traffic was pretty hectic. It was only about 80 Km from central Paris. I would definitely recommend this tour.

All four of us, including my husband and two adult children, really enjoyed Giverny and the lovely lunch afterward in a beautiful setting a terrace at an old mill. However, we found Auvers-sur-Oise much less rewarding. Van Gogh's home was very hot and crowded. The guides at the home combined 2 tours 2 different Languages which forced everyone to stand in a tight, crowded, hot and uncomfortable space while the guide spoke in the other language. I would recommend doing Giverny and lunch and skipping Auvers-sur-Oise.

It was a great tour and our family enjoyed very much.
Thanks lot.
