The tours have ranged from adventurous, to active, to sports, to historic, to educational, to the arts, etc. The tour that Remco took us on to Giethoorn ranks as one of the best tours our family has ever taken. The beauty of Giethoorn, being with our family and learning about the Netherlands and Giethoorn were great, but what made the tour so special was our guide Remco. I believe Remco is one of those people who has a unique ability to read his clients quickly and adapt his style to provide the best possible tour experience. We enjoy laughing, learning, being casually active while relaxing and enjoying our vacation. We are inquisitive, conversational and direct. I would absolutely recommend this tour to all my friends and family. It took us about an hour to get to the Giethoorn. We had a few beers at the local bar upon arriving and then we hopped in the boat with our skipper. We cruised around Giethoorn for about an hour and had lunch after. Remco does a great job answering any questions you may have. He also really cares about your experience, he wants it to be perfect. I would highly recommend the coffeeshop tour as well if that type of thing interests you. Thanks, Remco!

Remco was prompt and met us at our hotel and a great tour guide. We enjoyed Giethoorn and the added options where he shared some amazing sights and personal details of Netherlands. We booked this private tour in Austria and on time, at the agreed time, Remco and his beautiful car stood in front of the hotel. The ride started and it became a wonderful, pleasant and very interesting day. We drove north to Giethoorn; a beautiful place! With the electric boat Remco showed us the beautiful waterways with their inhabitants. Remco is not only a good driver but also a pleasant conversation partner. When we come back, we will definitely book a trip with Remco.

Everything was well prepared and very family friendly. The locations that we were taken to were quite interesting and fun, this tour was suitable for children at a young age and the children had fun. The scenery of Giethoorn was wonderful and the tour also gave the children a new experience of drinking fresh milk and seeing the cows in a barn. Some input, as the boat ride is part of the tour, I suggest that the boat fee is already included in the package price. 😉
