We booked a private tour with a hope to learn something from our guide because this is our first trip here in Bali. He's a nice guy and a good driver. But he's not knowledgeable about Bali. Our hotel offers us $60 a day to have a driver driving us around. $120 seems expensive to do this trip from this perspective.

Our $120 is an all-in tour: private car + driver + guide + we pre-pay all your ENTRANCE TICKETS at the ATTRACTIONS + parking + sarongs + water. AND With driver-only which is you get at front of hotel street, which is stated 60 USD $ you’d still pay $30-$40+ at the gates, and there’s no one to explain the temples, traditions, or any history about Bali as transport only. We’d love to invite you back for a coffee and a short temple walk with our head guide — on us — if you’re still around. If not, just know your review is already making our next tour better. Nyoman was the absolute best driver and tour guide! He ensured we knew all aspects of our trip and communicated expectations very well. He taught us a lot about the Balinese culture. He was also so fun and made our day extra special because of his light and energy. He went above and beyond by stopping by a store to get super glue to fix my broken slipper - ensuring I could wear my sandals at the last temple. The temples were amazing but Nyoman made the experience even better. It was such a great experience!

We didn’t learn anything because our guide didn’t speak English! We understood maybe 2% of him talking. Our driver was great, while the guide slept

It's completely unacceptable that your guide didn't speak English well enough for you to understand, and we definitely don't want anyone to leave feeling like they didn't learn anything. And a guide sleeping? We have deep investigation and couldn't find who incharge on your tour, and we can't find your name either on our booking data. May the review has writen accidently to our tour page ? That's just not right. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
