They never came to pick me up for the tours. And they're not wanting me to refund the payment. They claimed they had no Spanish guide available, and I hired a Spanish guide.
A great SURVEY tour of Bangkok. Be prepared to do lots of walking. The guides are extremely knowledgeable. Make sure you are prepared for the temperature.
Reservation made and pay €229.20, because they offered a French-speaking guide. After debit of payment and confirmation email. I am informed that as the French-speaking guide is overworked, we will have an English-speaking guide. Having booked on purpose for the French-speaking guide, I told them that this did not suit me and insisted on the fact that I had already paid and booked for a French-speaking guide. Apparently unable to satisfy me, they decided to cancel my reservation, telling me that they would refund me quickly. However, to this day, after several reminders from me, I have still not been reimbursed. €229.20! It's expensive for wind! Everyone will have to take responsibility!

Good visit which met our expectations. The guide was attentive to our requests; he mastered French sufficiently to answer our questions.
On the afternoon of May 15, 2003, my wife Sandy and I went out with Eric Holbrook of Holbrooks Guide Service in Greenville, Maine on the most incredibly thrilling Moose Tour.....we saw 9 Moose, 4 Deer, a Red Fox, and a Snowshoe Hare! Eric knew exactly where to go to on all the back roads to find these illusive animals, and we learned so much from him about their habitat and the idiosyncrasies of each one. He was so relatable, professional and just an absolute delight to be with.....Eric is absolutely the best, and truly deserving of our highest recommendation.
We had a wonderful day with our guide Ohm! He told us of the customs in entering the temples and had a lot of interesting information about the places we visited. This was a choose-where-go tour which was the best deal for the places we wanted to see. Thee Grand Palace was closed early for a royal cremation but we went on our own the next day and we're glad www did! What a beautiful place!

After visiting Wat Pho I asked Mr. Sawad, the driver to bring us to Asiatique. We have never been there before. The traffic was full in the roads but no jam so far. The 8-seater bus turned right to enter a parking lot full of cars. Luckily Sawad managed to get the mini bus parked. We walked for 5 minutes and saw many people going into the shops and restaurants. My sister-in-law pointed a restaurant and we took seats. A waiter came with smile and gave us menu. A plate of Thai salad, Pat Thai, vegetable-in-souce, chicken cooked in garlic, fried rice sea food we're ordered for four of us. I asked the waiter to take some pictures for us. He was very helpful and humble. The food came and I tasted the salad. Wow..it was excellent. It aroused me to eat more food. All of us were satisfied with the food and the service for an ordinary price. Thanks to the restaurant.
