8.30am: Start from our office and take a bus 5 minutes to the pier. Visiting Cai Beo Floating Fishing Village, you will learn how people fish, grow fish and how is the daily life of the fisherman on the bay. Kayaking (sometimes bamboo boat) 1 and half - 2 hours through the rock arches to see some tunnels and discover Bat Cave and Bright Cave; stop at Ba Trai Dao beach or in Lan Ha Bay for swimming (depends on the tide level and weather)
Keep cruising to Ha Long Bay to sightseeing the most beautiful landscapes in less touristy areas. Enjoy the beauty of hundred limestone islands. 12.00 Have lunch on the boat. Come back Lan Ha Bay by a different route to enjoy more beautiful scenery. Swimming at another secluded sandy beach. Return to Cat Ba town at 5.30 - 6pm. Note: The trip can be flexibly changed due to customer's demands, the weather and the tide as well.

Thank you so much for the most amazing day! The food, activities, timing and locations were all perfect, but Viet our guide was 100% the best. The only reason for the three stars pickup was that we waited almost an hour at the dock for our tickets, which we thought could be prearranged to save the early wake up :) just a thought. Otherwise perfect guys, thanks so much again x

We went on the full-day boat tour in Lan Ha Bay with CAT BA VENTURES. The place is wonderful, don't miss it. I’m just being honest so that you can enjoy it more; we had a great time, but I think another tour would have been better. The tour promises activities like kayaking, swimming in two locations, and includes lunch. We arrived at the scheduled time, but they made us wait almost 20 minutes, and then the guide, HANG, rushed us around in a hostile manner. The food was disgusting. We chose the seafood option and were served only 2 prawns per person, 3 oysters, and some flavorless fish nems (spring rolls)—everything was cold. Later, the guide himself mentioned that they don't have a fridge on the boat, so they served us unrefrigerated seafood. Everything was cold because they don't even have a kitchen. I saw squid on other tables and asked for some, and he replied very rudely that they were still serving. Later, I saw them clear the squid from the other tables and bring us some leftovers they had taken from what was already served. A total disaster. Regarding the guide, HANG, he only learned the names of the women on the tour. At one point, he started doing magic tricks and coincidentally chose the only woman traveling alone on the tour; a misogynistic and unpleasant attitude. Regarding the activities, they don't actually let you swim, haha—you can only jump into the water while wearing a life jacket; there was no opportunity to swim at all. It was also obvious that the guide, HANG, didn't know much about the area. I do not recommend this tour with CAT BA VENTURES at all. Nor this guide, HANG.
Thanks to Cat Ba Ventures and especially to our amazing guide Hang for a great time in the Bay. We will come back again or recommend this tour to anyone who come to Cat Ba. If you are lucky, ask for Hang as your guide who spoke English fluently, explained everything at details, played magical flute and did mind-blowing magic tricks at the end of the trip. (One trick was solved- 😀)

I do the Tour with Hàng,and he was amazing.best Guide ever.
Took a quieter tour of the bay than is taken by a majority of the ships, meaning we got to swim and kayak completely alone. Beautiful scenery and Hang the guide was great, knowledgeable about the wildlife and area and did some magic tricks at the end for the kids.
Hang is the best guide, he has treated us very well, made us laugh, we have seen everything almost without tourists, and we have enjoyed a lot.
