The place described above corresponds to the Laguna Amarga viewpoint, a favorite habitat for flamingos who frequently find ideal conditions for feeding at this site. The route continues towards the main access to the Torres del Paine National Park where we will register our access tickets to continue with the itinerary.

I knew Torres del Paine National Park had an excellent reputation before I set off, but the weather inside the park is unpredictable, and we were only staying for two full days. To be on the safe side, I booked same national park tour twice. Even the tour guide contacted me via WhatsApp to ask if I really wanted to do this. I'm so glad I did, because I was able to take these photos on the sunny second day. These breathtaking views will make you forget everything. We did not have chance to taste calafate berries yet, but we’ll be back for sure.
Hello Ting, Thank you for sharing your experience. We love your strategy of giving yourself a second chance with Patagonia’s famously unpredictable weather! It is wonderful to hear that your decision paid off and that you were able to enjoy those spectacular views under clear skies. Torres del Paine can look completely different from one day to the next, which makes every visit unique. We are also glad our team reached out to help you confirm your plans, and we appreciate you sharing your beautiful perspective. Hopefully, the calafate berries will be waiting for you on your next visit. Thank you again for your kind review. Best wishes
I really enjoyed this full-day tour of Torres del Paine National Park from Puerto Natales. The scheduling for both pickup and drop-off was very easy, the communication was excellent throughout, and everything ran on time. The tour itself was beautiful. There were plenty of opportunities to get out, take in the scenery, and stop for photos. I also appreciated the variety of locations we visited throughout the day, which meant we got to see a lot of the park and surrounding region in a relatively short amount of time. Our tour guide was fantastic — very friendly, happy to chat with everyone, and extremely knowledgeable. He shared lots of interesting information during the drive to and from the park and took a particular interest in pointing out and explaining the different animals we saw along the way, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I thought the tour was very good value for money. If you’re visiting during a time of year when the weather may not be ideal for longer treks, this is a great alternative because you still get to see a huge amount without needing to hike extensively. I also wanted to mention the cave stop, since I saw some other reviews saying it wasn’t worth it. Personally, I found it very interesting. It covered the history of the animals and people that once lived in the region, including some extinct animals I had never even heard of before. The stop didn’t take too long, and considering the low extra cost, I definitely thought it was worthwhile. We did stop at Hotel Lago Grey for lunch. There is an option to buy lunch here. This is not made clear in the itinerary.
Hello Nicole, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We are delighted to hear the tour allowed you to experience so many different areas of Torres del Paine and that the overall organization, communication, and timing helped make the day smooth and enjoyable. It is wonderful to know the guiding added so much value to the experience, especially through the explanations about the landscapes, wildlife, and history of the region. Those details often make the journey even more memorable. We also truly appreciate your comments regarding the cave visit and lunch stop. It is great to hear you found the cave interesting and worthwhile, and your note about lunch availability at Hotel Lago Grey is very helpful feedback that we will take into account to improve the clarity of the itinerary information for future travelers. Thank you again for your recommendation and for sharing your experience so generously. Warm regards

Good communication from the moment I orderer the outing. Pick up as agreed and all sights that we could see (due to weather) were beautiful. We enjoyed the day. Excellent and knowledgeable guides
Hello Ana María, Thank you for your kind feedback. We are very glad to hear the communication from the beginning met your expectations and that everything went as planned on the day of the tour. It is great to know you were able to enjoy the scenery despite the weather conditions, and that the guiding helped make the experience even more rewarding. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Best regards
Vast scenery, quality guide and driver. Could have left off the cave. Glad for the hiking throughout the day.
Hello Beth, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the scenery and that both the guiding and driving contributed positively to your day. It is also great to know you appreciated the time spent walking and exploring along the way. We value your comment about the cave stop, as this kind of input helps us continue refining the experience. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Best regards
Victor is an amusing fellow, very knowledgeable and keeps things moving. The driver was superb. What a beautiful journey@
Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are very glad to hear the journey was so enjoyable and that both the guiding and driving contributed positively to the day. A well-paced experience combined with knowledgeable guidance really makes a difference, especially in such a scenic setting. We appreciate your kind feedback. Best regards
The scenery is beautiful but the overall tour experience was average. The bus was average and the seats were small and uncomfortable. The tour was unclear about whether or not lunch would be available. Some people had boxed lunches, others didn’t and as it turned out you could buy lunch in the park. For the best experience, you needed to make sure you were on the right side of the bus. In hindsight, renting a car and driving though the park would have been better experience and less expensive.
Hello Pamela, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the scenery, even if some aspects of the experience did not fully meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the vehicle comfort and lunch arrangements. Information about optional meals and stops is included in the tour details, but we understand how this may not always feel clear in practice and will review how we communicate this more effectively. Regarding seating, on shared tours it can vary throughout the day, though we aim to ensure all guests have opportunities to enjoy the views. Your feedback is very valuable as we continue working to improve both comfort and clarity in the experience. Kind regards
It is a bus tour. No Hiking. Get on the bus, drive, get off the bus, look around, take photos, get back on the bus, repeat. That said, the park and surrounding area are spectacular. Guide and driver were outstanding.
Hello Alfred, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad to know you enjoyed the landscapes and that the guiding and driving stood out positively throughout the day. As you mentioned, this excursion is designed as a scenic bus tour with stops at key viewpoints rather than a hiking-focused experience. We always aim to communicate the nature of the tour clearly so travelers can choose what best fits their expectations. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased the overall visit to the park was worthwhile. Best regards
This tour took us to an amazing variety of beautiful locations: Lake with a glacier, powerful waterfall, giant cave, mountains, etc. They need to replace/repair the bus. The suspension was shot and it clunked continuously on the dirt road portions of the drive. TIP: They stop at a cafeteria for lunch, which also has soda and gifts. So no need to pack a lunch, as long as the place is open. But overall, the window in to Patagonia was well worth the bus issue.
Hello Russell, Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review. We are very glad to hear you enjoyed the variety of landscapes throughout the day and that the experience offered such a memorable introduction to Patagonia. We also appreciate your comment regarding the vehicle. Feedback like this is very valuable and will be shared with our operations team so they can review the condition and comfort of the transport used on this route. Thank you as well for the helpful tip about the lunch stop. Insights like yours can be very useful for future travelers planning the day. We are pleased the experience overall was worthwhile and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Warm regards
This tour allows you to see the national park from every angle from the comfort of a minibus with numerous viewpoint stops. There are a couple of spots where you can venture on short walks. Guide was very informative.
Hello Mike, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear the different viewpoints allowed you to appreciate the park from many perspectives while traveling comfortably throughout the day. It is also great to know the guiding helped bring context and insight to the landscapes along the way. Those short stops and walks often make the scenery even more enjoyable. We appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback. Best wishes
