Interesting n comfortable tour, with a very knowledgeable guide Teshome n friendly driver Nebiyu. Went all places in itinerary plus more like shopping mall, Entoto Summit,. Shopping in mercato is very challenging if without the guide. View from Entoto is enchanting. LUNCH was superb with local cuisine n honey wine.
It was very convenient to be picked up and dropped off at my hotel. Teshome was our guide. He was very knowledgeable, interesting, and his English was outstanding. The other couple on our tour was delayed due to a problem with their hotel room, so Teshome took me to a local Ethiopian coffee shop for their ritual, which was a great experience. Teshome was great at answering questions that came up. The tour itself covered many different sites and provided a great overview to the city. The driver's name was Nebiyu, and he did an outstanding job navigating narrow streets and extreme traffic.
Visiting for the first time and had a great one day tour with our guide Teshome and driver Nebiyu who were very informative and professional. The highlights were definitely the Mausoleum of Menelik II at the Ba'Ata Church and seeing Lucy at the National Museum of Ethiopia. I went on a Sunday which was relaxing and uncrowded, but beware that certain places like Mercato may not be fully open. Hotel pick up and drop off was a breeze.. The admission fees were included. We had a huge, delicious but very inexpensive traditional Ethiopian meal for lunch. Definitely recommend.
Best tour guide ever. Learned so much. By the end we were like long lost buddies. This was the absolute best
The tour company was extremely excellent and the guide was knowledge and very patient… use them for an enjoyable experience
We thoroughly enjoyed our day tour. Teshome was an excellent guide, friendly, interesting and informative and took us to plenty of interesting places. We also had a traditional Ethiopian meal which was delicious. Our thanks also to the driver. I would recommend this tour to anyone.
Good tour of the main places in Addis Ababa. Teshome is a good guide and very professional. The driver was very kind as well. I recommend it!
Teshome was an amazing guide! Very kind, knowledgeable and attentive. The driver was amazing as well! As a solo female traveler from Canada I felt very safe with them and learned so much! Would recommend to anyone coming to Addis Ababa!
I had a day to spend in Addis and was able to share it with Teshome. He provided a great overview of the city and major sites! I mentioned I was looking for a football jersey and a scarf and he found a merchant who could offer me a fair price. I enjoyed my trip and would definitely book another tour in the future.
Teshone was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We were able to do several sites including Mt Tano and Ethnographic museums
