The guide and boat crew were great. The check in process was somewhat chaotic but once this was accomplished things were smooth. The islands were fun to see and the crew was heavily invested in safety of the passengers.
Loved this trip! Heard relay mixed reviews prior to booking but so glad we did it. I went with 3 girls I met at my hostel, it isn’t a trip I’d rush to do solo but I enjoyed it with other people. Shout out to Jose for being so accommodating & always making sure everybody was okay on the boat & was back onboard for the next stop. Felt like plenty of time at each stop & the food was amazing
Visiting the Rosario Islands is a must do experience if you’re here in Cartagena. José our guide was wonderful and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. There was a small problem with the boat on the way back, but they fixed it quickly.

Would definitely recommend doing this activity with Caesar. He was very knowledgeable of the islands and paid close attention to everyone to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves and were being safe during activities like snorkeling.
The transportation is good, the guide too. The bad or rather terrible thing is that they offer something that does not match what you receive; if the Rosario Islands are practically private (you cannot stop at almost any of them because there is a monopoly), they should not offer certain services, for example snorkeling, since you do not have a site where this activity can be done. It happened to us that we arrived at the site but the guide says it is a private island, you cannot get too close, and the coast guard arrived, very rude, and we could not stay there. We went to another place where there was practically nothing to see, plus it was deeper, and the time had already passed, so we only had about 15 minutes. The beach called Cholon, when you purchase a plan and say with children, they should not include it; it is a place of disorder. Fortunately, the guide asked and we all agreed to go to another place. In my opinion, this tour does not comply with what they offer you (my experience)

My friend and I had an amazing experience on this boat tour. Cesar was a fantastic host who provided instructions and descriptions on the tour in both English and Spanish. He was a brilliant facilitator who ensured everyone was always having a good time and was well looked after. We always felt safe and all in all, I could not recommend this experience enough. A must-do in Cartagena. A massive thank you to Cesar and team for giving us the most enjoyable experience.
