Itinerary
Mostar is a city in southern Bosnia and Herzegovina, straddling the Neretva River. It’s known for the iconic Stari Most (Old Bridge), a reconstructed medieval arched bridge. The nearby alleys are full of shops and market stalls, and the Old Bridge Museum explores the bridge’s long history. A narrow staircase leads up to the Koski Mehmed-Pasha Mosque’s minaret for panoramic city views.
Stari Most (literally, "Old Bridge") is a rebuilt 16th-century Ottoman bridge in the city of Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina that crosses the river Neretva and connects the two parts of the city. The Old Bridge stood for 427 years, until it was destroyed on 9 November 1993 by Croat paramilitary forces during the Croat–Bosniak War. Subsequently, a project was set in motion to reconstruct it; the rebuilt bridge opened on 23 July 2004.
You will visit Kravica is a popular swimming and picnic area and, during the summer, it is frequently visited by tourists. At waterfalls you have a place to change if you want to swim so bring change and towel and toilets. Kravica Waterfall (Serbo-Croatian: Slap Kravica or Vodopad Kravica / Слап Кравица or Водопад Кравица) is a large tufa cascade on the Trebižat River, in the karstic heartland of Herzegovina in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We are very disappointed with this experience because we chose this tour of Mostard for 75€ / person instead of 30€ / person in English to have a Francophone guide, which we did not have. We were landed from this beautiful village, a girl not speaking French quickly welcomed us, then we followed in explanation in the city , she settled us in front of a movie of the Croatian War for 10 minutes, then not understanding what she said, we had to take leave from her!!!!...
You had great driver guide and that is what you wrote is not truth. I organise just for you private tour and in Mostar you want to have local guide and we find you one. You give a tip to your guide driver 20 euros. And he told me that you enjoy tour
The waterfall was noteworthy and the visit to Mostar help me appreciate the Serbia war better. A very reasonable and rewarding side trip.
This was a great way to see Montenegro! We didn’t have to wait long at the border to enter. We stopped for food/drinks/bathroom once on the way there and on the return trip. Lady of the Rocks was beautiful. We didn’t get to ride the boat to Mostar (although it was listed on the itinerary) and rode a bus instead. After a 30 minute guided tour, we had three hours to explore. The return border crossing took 2 hours and forty five minutes. Our guide said anything under 3 hours in the summer is good.
I have to say I was really looking forward to this tour before I went on it but I feel it was a total waste of time and money. Although Mostar and the waterfalls was really good. The bus driver was extremely dangerous throughout the day. The guide continuously repeated herself. Any sentence she stated she repeated 2/3 times. This was very irritating after a number of hours of listening to it. We were also charged an extra €10 each for the waterfall and €3 for the border but I did not see any money being paid throughout the day by the guide and I would not be surprised if there’s no extra charges. I also watched all the cars going through border control and could not see one car pay any money. If I was to go again I would definitely rent a car next time and definitely not waste my money on one of these tours. We were stuck at the 3 borders we had to go through for nearly 2 hours in total. While all sitting on the bus waiting to move on. Our 10 hour trip turned into just over 13 hours with only 4 hours and 40 minutes out of the bus. 06.40-19.45 the trip lasted. Also it is called a small group and there is around 64 people on it so to me that is not exactly a small group
Thanks Tara S for you review you decided to travel in a hart of season or summer it is normal that it is crowed at borders and the money what you pay is payed to country BiH we didn't take it. It is written that tour can be Tour modes: Bus/Coach, Car, Minivan everything depends how many people booked tour that day but we try to do by vans. What's excluded Landing and facility fees Enter fee to Kravice waterfalls is 10€ tourist tax for city Mostar price is 2 € per person
Nice to see the falls, Mostar and the defensive battlements and fortress at Ston. Ten minutes at Ston was not nearly enough. So it was an OK tour, but that's all.
Thanks John_G for your review but this tour is Mostar and Kravica waterfalls not Ston guide stop you that you see little bit of Ston like extra stop and now it looks like that you didn't appreciate that stop. I wish you all best to you and your familly.
Top tour. Great day out with our very knowledgeable and friendly guide Marco. Loved the waterfalls. An amazing area. Thanks Marco.
Thanks Brian_M for you review I am happy that you enjoyed our tour.
A lot of time wasted at the border (4 hours of the day) Many people in Mostar Excursion in English only. Only a French guide in Mostar for 3/4 hours On the other hand site of the grandiose waterfalls
Well organized trip, comfortable travel in a mini van. Edi was a great guide, we heard intresting facts about Croatia on the way. Beautiful waterfalls in Kravice! Mostar is nice too, quite crowded. Euros were accepetd widely in the old town of Mostar, prices were very reasonable compared to Dubrovnik.
Had a wonderful time. The guide Ivo was perfect; knowledgeable, professional and courteus, made our trip very easy and smooth. He also 3xplain the complicated history of the region well. Just come join his tour and leave everything to Ivo.
Our Tour Guide was simply amazing. Pick up on time, very knowledgeable. Detailed information about Kravica old town Mostar and Dubrovnik. I will definitely recommend this tour to friends and family ❤️
Thank you Janice for the nice words I am glad that you enjoyed my tour I wish all best to you and your familly.
