Entering Umm Qais from the south, the first structure of interest is the well-restored and brooding West Theatre. Constructed from black basalt, it once seated about 3000 people. This is a place to sing or declaim a soliloquy – the acoustics are fantastic. 2 hours spend the most beautiful view on Tabaria lake also

Northern Jordan is absolutely breathtaking and a must-see for anyone visiting the country. Jerash blew me away with its massive, beautifully preserved Roman plazas that make you feel like you stepped back in time. Ajloun Castle offers stunning, panoramic green views from its medieval towers, while Umm Qais is incredibly peaceful, offering a hauntingly beautiful overlook of the Sea of Galilee Our driver, Hassan Al-Khatib, was incredibly professional, safe, and welcoming throughout the entire journey. He kept his car spotless, provided us with refreshing cold water, and truly made our day stress-free and memorable.Hassan is a 5 star rating driver I must say.
