Great guide and suitable for young children.

Calm pace and an excursion that doesn't drag on for the children. Furthermore, the guide always offers several options to adapt to the participants' needs, so there is the possibility of adjusting the activity based on fatigue, the heat, and the children.

Fantastic day

We had such a wonderful experience on this tour! Everything was well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. The lunch was absolutely delicious and a real highlight. Our tour guide was super sweet, enthusiastic, and made the whole day even more enjoyable. Exploring Mt. Fuji, Lake Kawaguchi and Lake Yamanaka was truly unforgettable. Mt. Fuji was breathtaking in person, and both lakes offered such peaceful, beautiful scenery. Ending the day with an onsen was the perfect way to relax and take it all in. The only downside was that the ticket listed a different meeting point, and we weren’t informed of the updated location until late the night before, which was a bit stressful. Aside from that, it was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this tour!

Great time at Mt. Fuji

We had a great experience during the entire tour. Mount Fuji is so grand and majestic! Without our tour guide, Peter, we won't have such an amazing day! He is so accommodating, friendly, and kind.

Disappointing Mt. Fuji Day Tour

Warning: This tour, booked via Get Your Guide (Operator: Wandering Japan Adventures / Handled by Gogodaay Travel), was extremely disorganized and lacked the basic qualities of a guided experience. This felt less like a tour and more like an expensive bus shuttle. Critical Failures: Organizational Chaos: The meeting point was confusing. The guide failed to display a name tag, and the listed operator (Wandering Japan) did not match the company on-site (Gogodaay Travel). Forced & Expensive Lunch: Despite the itinerary stating lunch was not provided, the guide forced the entire bus to a remote restaurant. We were given only four expensive, poor-quality meal choices with no alternatives available. Zero Guiding or Information: The guide provided no historical context, cultural information, or details about the sites visited. Communication was difficult, and passengers often did not know what to expect upon arrival at each stop. Lack of Passenger Leniency: The guide strictly enforced the schedule, leaving passengers behind after only a three-minute wait, ignoring the long restroom queues. Aggressive Tipping: The guide aggressively solicited tips at the end of the tour, shaking a collection container at passengers as they exited the bus. Conclusion: The only positive was the view of Mt. Fuji itself. The service was severely lacking. I strongly advise booking your Mt. Fuji trip with a different operator who provides actual guidance and professional service.

Scary and Dangerous.

Hotel pickup worked well. Stops were great. Driver was very very dangerous Speeding at 130kph Texting while driving This was scary and dangerous. If you value your life (because they obviously don’t) I suggest you give this tour company a miss.

A beautiful day with special moments

There were three of us, with our adult daughter on this day tour. Our tour guide Tony gave us exemplary information on the meeting point the night before via WhatsApp, which worked out very well. The group left on time. We visited the indicated sights with enough time each, Tony always informed us perfectly and pointed out the times for the meeting. You see very beautiful areas in rural Japan, see shrine and sky gate, drive pirate ship and gondola. We've seen sulphur spillage at volcanic crevices and eaten black eggs. The small ponds with clear Fuji water are beautiful, and when we were at Swan Lake, at the foot of Fuji, she (Fuji is a female goddess) showed herself friendly and the mountain was completely visible from the bus. Thank you Tony and driver Liu for a great day. Many greetings from Christian L.

Was okay, mount fuji was...

Was okay, mount fuji was cool but the stops after that were abit boring and not much to do there. Would have been useful if the driver spoke English to. He only knew a few words
