Full-Day Private Tour to Uzungöl from Trabzon
Description
Depart from your hotel or a preferred address in Trabzon city center in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. The first stop is Sürmene, known for its traditional knife-making craftsmanship. Visit a local knife workshop and browse handmade knives and regional products. Continue with a visit to a local tea factory to learn about Black Sea tea production, followed by free time at the factory outlet. The journey then continues toward Uzungöl through scenic countryside and traditional villages. Upon arrival, enjoy free time to explore the lake and its surroundings. You may take a walk along the lakeshore, relax at cafés, enjoy optional activities, or take photos of the natural scenery. The tour also includes a visit to the artificial waterfalls built to protect the lake from flooding. In the late afternoon, depart from Uzungöl and return to Trabzon. The tour usually concludes in the early evening. Extended time in Uzungöl is available upon request and may involve an additional charge.

We went with Emrah who was the best kind of guide one can ask for. Non intrusive and no corny jokes. He was very knowledgeable and always prepared to go the extra mile and make necessary adjustments. He was very prepared, polite and pleasant. It was an amazing experience. Trabzon is a beautiful place.

We had a great trip going up the mountain to a tranquil place in the middle of the valley. Despite a little hick-up in the beginning everything went smooth as it should. Lovely and friendly tour guides. The driver was nice and tour guide spoke good English and cared about how we felt the trip was going. Price was really good considering it was an all day trip. Free water. Stop offs at the knife and tea factory shops with free tea. Everything ran on time. 100% recommend, would not go with another tour company if we were in Trabzon again. Great experience… Uzungol is beautiful.. nature is incredible.. we asked our guide to pick us up from the airport and drop us in the hotel with our 4 luggages.. he was very helpful and agreed.. in general I recommend this tour.. it is a must when traveling to Trabzon!
