8h30: Private driver and guide pick up at the hotel lobby where you stay. If you book group tour, pick up starts from 7h30 AM at Hanoi Old Quarter hotel lobbies. If your hotel is out of town, we pick up at Hanoi Opera House for the start point.

Set a walk to the busy town and learn the way to cross the street in Hanoi without hesitation. Remember the Johnny Walker style of traffic. to visit this wonderful ancient cathedral of Hanoi. We can have a look outside from the building or join a mass. NOTE: in group tour this place is replaced with the Tran Quoc Pagoda
Set a nice cup of coffee in town (Drink inclusive) Egg coffee or a local coffee of Vietnam. Enjoy the Old Quarter in style. Our guide can change the location for coffee depending on the crowd. After the coffee, our tour continue with a special rickshaw tour to go around the Old town and discover the unique way of enjoying the traffic of Hanoi. We already cover everything for the cyclo drive + bonus to driver, you just enjoy the trip! Later we drop off to your hotel lobby after the cyclo tour. End of service NOTE: This activity is not included in the group tour. It is replaced by free to shop inside town and get back to your hotel on your own.

I had a wonderful day seeing all the highlights of Hanoi. I have some mobility issues so the itinerary was tailored to my abilities and preferences. My guide Lawrence was outstanding - very knowledgeable but also very caring and attentive. He made sure I was comfortable and saw everything I wanted to. I enjoyed the experience very much.

The sighting trip was exceptional with Linh as our guide. She assisted with our conversation and communication with vendors. She took our family to many shopping centers (old and new markets). I decided the night before, around 8 pm, to book this tour, and I have to say—I was not disappointed. Binh, the tour guide, and Phong, the driver, were both very knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Traveling solo, that sense of care and attention makes all the difference, and they made sure I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. What stood out the most about this experience was how flexible they were. They really took the time to adapt the itinerary based on what I wanted to see. I mentioned that I wasn’t interested in visiting the prison, and without hesitation, they adjusted the plan and instead took me to a lacquer factory. That ended up being such a great decision. Watching how they paint and process those beautiful pieces of art was fascinating—so much detail, patience, and craftsmanship behind every piece. I truly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hanoi who wants a more personal experience—something that moves at your own pace and is tailored to your interests. It made the whole day feel much more special and memorable.
Great private tour with Kim Anh to Hanoi. Best food in the little restaurant she took us to. Nothing was too much bother and she very kindly changed our itinerary to let us go to train street. Rickshaw ride was exciting and we loved it. Kim taught us how to cross the road in Hanoi as no stops for anything, even on a crossing. Would highly recommend this excursion.
