Full Day Halong Bay Tour with Lunch

We recently completed your Vietnam trip from Perth Western Australia. It was our first Trip a Deal and we found it exceptional, memorable and the tour was value for money. We will be recommending Trip a Deal to all our friends. We were also fortunate to have had an exceptional and experienced guide (Hung Nguyen) and driver (Hi) during our trip. Hung provided us with concise information and details on a daily basis as well as all the relevant information about the history, culture of the various regions, towns and sites. Some of the people on our bus did not listen to Hung and he often had to repeat his information and guidance but always did so in a patient and tolerant manner. Hung also assisted all the people in our group with all their various needs any other requests and always participated in any requisite activities initiated by group. Unfortunately some of the people that were part of our tour did not bother to read the information provided by Trip a Deal in the first instance and consequently were not adequately prepared and will probably complain because of their ignorance. The driving skills of Hi were also exceptional and all the passengers felt safe with his driving skills after he avoided another vehicle colliding with our bus. My husband (Jerry) has previously driven buses for Horizons West and is a retired police officer and commends the safe and defensive driving skills of Hi. We were also assisted and guided through the process in the airport for our departure. We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide ,Annie Nguyen She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the whole tour. Her warm personality and positive attitude made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and made the trip enjoyable and memorable. She is a very kind and hardworking young lady who truly cares about her guests. My husband and I did a 12 day North Vietnam tour with ‘Trip a Deal’ Our tour guide was Duc and he was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, patient and kind . I was unwell for part of the trip and his care and support was incredible. He was able to bring to life the past and share history in a respectful and informative way . I feel that I have learnt a great deal while enjoying the group and activities. The places we visited were so beautiful. However, I believe that having such an amazing person to guide us really made the trip special Duc is an excellent ambassador both for your company and for Vietnam

Vietnam was magical. Duc was our guide for the 12 Day Tour linked with Tripadeal. Duc was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely organised and went the extra mile every day for the needs of our group of 18. Extremely thankful for his help with our gluten free needs and the extra bits like best restaurants, cheaper laundry, local prices and language tips. Our guide was the reason this trip was so fantastic. Trip highlights were the village and markets in Pu Luong, kayaks in Ninh Bin and our bus driver being a member of the group. Vietnam is a stunning country, friendly people and the best and freshest foods.

Our tour guide Tom or Tom spelt backwards Mot was just the best, and very entertaining. He is very informative and made our visit special. Especially for me as it was my birthday whilst I was in Hoi An He made it extra special for me. Not one but two cakes So sweet and thoughtful of him. I would definitely do another tour with him. He loves new words so you would have to keep him on his toes. I Would definitely recommend our tour guide Tom or Mot whilst in Vietnam. He’s amazing. Thank you Tom

We just completed the 20 day tour and I can’t recommend it enough. All 3 tour leaders were fantastic and showed us all what we needed to know Hiep in the north, Tu in Central and finally Nia for the south! Nia is funny and makes It interesting all the way! Definitely worth the money and time to do 3 weeks although could easily spend more time in Vietnam. Food is amazing and tours are great. Must say only downfall of the whole trip is they don’t cater for Aussies and the love our bedding! Bars are not readily available and the hotels apart from Hue are along way from the main attractions!

I did this as part of my Vietnam and India tour, it was an exceptional experience and I enjoyed it. The cruise staff were nice and helpful.
