Itinerary
Start your morning off right with a magnificent view of Yellowstone Lake from above, the largest alpine lake in North America. We also see many bears in this area frequently.
Stop for our in park meetup and first bathroom break at Fishing Bridge General Store at 9am
Witness the largest mud pot in Yellowstone and see other cloudy hot springs in this highly acidic and very smelly portion of the Yellowstone supervolcano.
See the steam coming from this cave that looks like snorts from an angry bull. It is unknown who gave this grotto its current name, but Dragon's Mouth Springs is yet another fascinating hydrothermal feature of Yellowstone National Park
See two massive waterfalls from multiple viewpoints. We take you to the best places to see both upper and lower falls.
See large herds of buffalo, and the occasional sighting of moose, wolves and golden eagle as we drive through one of the vast open plains within Yellowstone.
See the most amazing view of the Lower Falls of the Yellowstone River. From this view, also notice the amazing colors of the canyon walls, carved out from millions of year of erosion and geothermal activity. The picture we take of you here will be on your holiday card!
Based upon accessibility. Walk with us through the oldest, hottest and most dynamic part of Yellowstone National Park, home of the largest geyser in the world.
We stop to take a photo of an awesome waterfall in the middle of a volcano rock canyon.
When accessible, let us stop to enjoy the bubbling paint pots of the lower geyser basing. Also see spouting geysers, colorful hot springs and the bobby sock trees!
We walk through the midway geyser basin, viewing Excelsior Geyser and the Grand Prismatic Spring, the third largest hot spring in the world. Occasionally do Prismatic Overlook Hike based on timing, traffic and other factors.
Experience the iconic Old Faithful geyser basin
See paint pots, the deepest hot spring in Yellowstone and the famed Fishing Cone, all on the beautiful shore of Lake Yellowstone.
The largest alpine lake in North America. If you travel here early enough, you may even get to see if frozen. Join us on this drive as we talk about the cutthroat trout, invasive fish and other challenges facing this incredible lake.

We were 4 adults and 2 teenagers on our trip, with 3 people joining us. Our guide, Owen, was very friendly and knowledgeable about all things Yellowstone and Wyoming. We had a great time visiting all the geysers, waterfalls and hot springs, with plenty of time to explore without feeling rushed. The lunch was decent, with enough for us to eat. We would definitely recommend this tour as a way of making sure you get to see everything in the southern rim loop.
We had a great day and our tour guide Aaron was great. He was very knowledgeable but also gave us time to just sit back and enjoy. Our one disappointment was the length- when looking at tour options we had debated on whether to book the lower loop tour or go for the full day one. We booked the full day, so were a bit surprised and disappointed to have our last stop in the park at 1:30. I would recommend that the tour description be modified so people know what to expect. It was 8 hours, not 10 or 11, only visits the lower loop, and does not pass through Lamar Valley. Still giving it 4 stars because it was very enjoyable and Aaron was a great guide.
Wonderful experience with a bit of long walks with stairs. Our guide Owen was very knowledgeable, and friendly. We saw lots of buffalo, elk but no grizzly. On the way out we saw a grizzly was awesome! Old Faithful was very cool.
The tour was fantastic. Yellowstone is beautiful! Definitely wouldn’t have seen everything on our own.
Tyler and Rikard were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and accommodating within their limits. Well done! We enjoyed the attractions and their hospitality.
This was an amazingggggggg TOUR! Keith is truly the best tour guide ever! We picked the private day tour, as we had 13 people (adults, and kids), and wanted to makes sure we used the entire day as wisely and efficiently as possible. This was such a great day! The large van was so comfortable, our tour guide Keith knew everything about Yellowstone, and took us to the most awesome spots. We saw a vast amount of animals, and the kids were astonished with everything they enjoyed that day. THANK YOU for making our first time to Yellowstone so amazing.
Ethan was the best guide we have ever had. Well prepared, incredibly smart and enthusiastic, and took us to the best sites
Such a great day out and saw everything we wanted to see. Tyler our tour guide was amazing, so knowledgeable and made the day so enjoyable! Would definitely recommend this tour!
We really enjoyed our trip to the various features on the lower loop of Yellowstone. Our driver Owen did a great job of sharing his knowledge of the numerous sites around the south loop.
