Wat Pho This large and extensive temple neighbors the Grand Palace enclave on Thai Wang Road and contains a gigantic gold plated Reclining Buddha some 46 meters long and 15 meters high with inlaid mother of pearl soles. The Temple is also regarded as the first center of public education and is sometime called Thailand’s first university.

Wat Arun or Temple of the Dawn is situated at the west of Chao Phraya river bank in Thonburi area. The Temple is surrounded by small towers or Phra Prang. You can climb the very steep stairs to enjoy the view from the top. ( Assumption height is more than 100 meter) The Temple is photogenic , although the best spot to photograph this beautiful temple is from the river , unless if you are using wide angle. If you are fancy to take your picture taken in Thai dress. There is Thai traditional dress for hire.

The Grand Palace is a truly amazing architectural construction. It is a large complex covering an area of 218,000 square meter which was built in the early years of Chakkri dynasty. The complex consists of four large groups of building serving complex different royal functions. The first one is Wat Phra Keaw a royal religious temple. The Second is the royal ceremonial complex containing the chakkri Maha Prasat Hall. The third is the Royal residence and guest residence ,The Borom Phiman Mansion. Thiis a private zone not a tourist area. The Forth is the staff and governmental offices. There are plenty of tour guides to give visitors historical aspects of this beautiful palace. It is certainly a must see for all visitors Wat Phra Keaw ( Temple of the Holy Jewel Image ) also spelled wat phra kaeo and commonly know as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, is located on the ground of the Royal palace in Bangkok. It is the most revered Buddhist shrine in Thailand.

Great Tour with the 3 Temple Essentials

It was such great Tour with my Guide Ohm. He is a really kind Man. He gave me a lot interesting facts. The Lunch was just delicious.
