Full-Day 2 Wineries Tour in Montepulciano with Tasting and Lunch

Wonderful, unique and local wineries. We got extraordinary wine and views at both places. Our guide Leonardo was prompt, very informed and a great host. Would highly recommend!

From start to finish, our day trip through Tuscany with Tours Tuscany was absolutely incredible. Everything was so well organised, seamless, and enjoyable. Our driver, Camilla, was an absolute gem and truly made the experience so special with her warmth, friendship, and incredible knowledge throughout the day. Both wineries were spectacular, and we enjoyed a beautiful lunch in San Gimignano. Overall, it was such a happy and memorable experience. We can’t thank Camilla enough for making our day so special. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had an amazing time with Tours of Tuscany over the course of several days with winery tours and wine tasting lunches around Montalcino and Montepulciano. The drivers are so knowledgeable and we learned about the area from them in between stops. We also had a wonderful guide in Montepulciano—Chiara was a delight to spend the morning with and the town itself is so beautiful with such a rich history. All the wineries we went to were very different and it was great to experience the variety of cellars, winemaking styles, and gorgeous locations. We learned a lot and had a wonderful time!

My wife and I had a wonderful tour of wineries organized by Tours of Tuscany. We visited two very different wineries where we toured the vineyards and learned the process of creating the wines. One was a family-owned small winery where they take great care in the farming, production and branding of their wine. We went to the tasting room overlooking their beautiful vineyards and sampled the various delicious wines. The other winery was a larger and more nouveau that was impressive with their design and stylistic layout. We also visited the lovely town of Montepulciano for a stroll through this quaint village culminating with an unbelievable tour through the underground wine cellar. We then proceeded to have a DELICIOUS multiple course lunch at the larger winery.... chickpea and pumpkin soups, spinach and truffle morsels that melt in your mouth followed by homemade pasta with fresh tomato sauce! All accompanied by delicious wines which our guide explained to us. Best of all was our tour guide, Camilla. Not only was she prompt and an excellent driver, she also embraced us like friends and explained everything from Italian culture and delicacies to helping us better understand the tour and what we were experiencing. I cannot recommend this tour enough. It is an unforgettable day that you will spend in Tuscany and Camilla is a pleasure to work with!

Michele our driver was fantastic his knowledge of Tuscany was terrific he gave us an excellent historical perspective of the history and development of the area. The two wineries we went to were fabulous but the first winery was beyond compare the family owned and the passion was clearly evident. It was a great experience and very much worth the cost.

This tour was a highlight of our trip! Camilla, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, professional and friendly. The family winery we visited, Le Bérne, was wonderful. The wine was amazing and the owners made you feel so welcome. Walking the ancient streets of Montepulciano and visiting the shops was magical and I can't begin to put into words how incredible the views were. We would do this experience again in a heartbeat!

Our experience with Tours was perfect! Our driver Stefan was fantastic because he shared his knowledge of his country as well as a little about himself without talking too much, which we appreciated. He also took us a different way back to our hotel so that we could experience a more scenic ride. Both sommeliers, Alberto and Hector (not sure I am spelling those correctly), from the different wineries, were top notch and kind. We got to tour the wineries as part of the package, but how they guided is with such passion was what stood out. It was truly a memorable experience that we will never forget. This was my second wine tour to Montepulciano and I wasn’t disappointed.

Our group of 11 had an amazing time in Tuscany; from the vineyard tours (producing both Brunello and Vino Nobile) to the Italian cooking class to the visits of Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino to the tour of a cheese farm and more, Niccolo and Alexandra of Tours of Tuscany went out of their way to make sure my wife, friends and I had a magnificent time. Their drivers were extremely knowledgeable on all things Tuscany and the surrounding regions, and offered many suggestions for activities, site seeing and restaurants for days not spent in their care. The experiences they booked for us were top notch, and the private chefs and sommelier that visited our Villa were helpful, and very accommodating of our requests. The pictures we were able to take throughout the week were breathtaking, and we commented throughout the week how we were visiting a post card. We cannot thank Tours of Tuscany enough for making our vacation so memorable, and look forward to touring with them in the future!
