Dreadful

Cancelled tour at 7.45 pm the day before the tour, leaving me unable to find another tour. Left Japan without seeing Fuji as it was my last day in Tokyo.

The tour is very good and the guide Eric did an amazing job. A lot of informantion, good tips through all the points of the teip + fastest sprint to get tickets for cable car for our group among all other guides.

Pathetic service of GoGoDay

The guide, Shelly, was very rude throughout the tour. She constantly made a big issue whenever someone was even five minutes late. At every location, she gave us only 15–20 minutes, which was clearly not enough time to properly explore or enjoy the places. What was even more disappointing was that during lunch, she herself delayed the tour by almost 30 minutes because she was encouraging everyone to shop at a particular store, where it seemed she might have been receiving some commission. So the tour was delayed because of her actions. However, later, if any guest was late by even five or ten minutes at another location, she started shouting at them very aggressively. This is not professional behavior and not the right way to treat customers. At the very beginning of the tour, she also kept saying that because it was the weekend there would be heavy traffic, so we would need to return early. That is not a valid excuse. Everyone knows weekends usually involve more traffic, and the tour should be planned accordingly in advance. A weekend should not mean cutting short the experience for customers. If necessary, you can charge a higher price on weekends, but customers should still receive the same amount of time and experience as on weekdays. Pathetic service

Highly Recommend

Jalen made this tour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure everyone was taken care of. The Mount Fuji viewpoints were stunning, the ride was comfortable, and his food and souvenir recommendations were spot on. The small souvenir he gave us at the end was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, an amazing experience, highly recommend, especially if you get Jalen as your guide.

Great day at Hakone.

April 7th, 2026. I took the Hakone tour with Owakudani. It was great. James the guide was incredibly kind. Unfortunately it was high season and lines made everything longer.

Nice day trip

It was a great experience , especially the views of lake Kuwaguchi. Linda was my guide and she was the best . For the last stop, I wish we had more time, we were given 100 min. Since we had to explore 2 sites of the town maybe 2:30 hrs would’ve been plenty. Overall , I had a great time .
