Founded in 1471, Chefchaouen is a real gem in the heart of the mountains, Starting from tangier, the day will be devoted to discover the beautiful medina of Chefchaouen. First after picking you up from your hotel or any accommodation in Tangier, we will drive about 2 hours to reach chefchaouen during our ride we will have a tea break in a panoramic view through the RIF MOUNTAINS and a small lake. Arriving to Chefchaouen the fun part will began, we will have a 3 HOURS walking tour In the blue city, we will get to discover the main districts of chefchaouen, get interesting interactions with locals and take the beautiful pictures you originally came for. All this will be with an introduction to the city’s history, culture and lifestyle. Afterwards we will have a lunch break in a typical Moroccan restaurant to taste the Mediterranean diet in Morocco.

After two hours driving from Tangier, we will reach chefchaouen There you will meet with us to start our tour in the blue pearl
Our experience will take place in the medina of chefchaouen (the old town) There we will have a real interaction with locals, taste the local pastries from a 500 Years old bakery, visit the main fortress while talking about the indalussian heritage and Culture in the north of Morocco, and walking through the blue tiny streets to take all the beautiful pictures you originally came for

Tour operator did not show up. Tried to contact them.Tried to contact Viator. I did receive a response offering a full refund but not as yet had this confirmed or received any money. My other suggestions were rejected by Viator. Viator said it was beyond their control..
My guide picked me up from Tanger airport in an air-conditioned car with wi-fi and cellphone chargers for our day-long trip to the Blue City. We made stops in the way for photo-ops and traditional snacks. In Chefchaouen we had a delicious traditional lunch of #tagine #bastilla #couscous #minttea #briouat Our tour guide Omar @deeper_than_blue was eloquently spoken in english, spanish, french and arabic, he offered us tea, water, let us try local fruits and pastries, taught us bits of history, and was overall an amazing tour guide. But most of all, the best camera man in the world! He took me the most beautiful photos and videos!
Very nice experience which is worth it. Chefchaouen is a magnificent city that you absolutely must visit. We were welcomed by a very kind guide who knows the city, its history and its nooks and crannies well. Everything was well organized from A to Z. I recommend this experience

An incredible immersive experience in this blue paradise! I'm not used to leaving reviews, but this time, I couldn't help myself... it's by far my best guided tour of my stay in Morocco, and I would even go so far as to say the most immersive of all my trips!! Omar knows every corner of his hometown by heart and it is obvious that he is passionate about its history as well as its transmission... all, with joy and good humor, throughout our departure from Tangier! Omar is perfectly bilingual in French, English and Spanish, which allows for complete understanding by everyone. Result: a sunny visit from every point of view! We “bathed” ourselves in these resplendent shades of blue of the village of Chefchaouen as well as in the beautiful culture of this little paradise on Earth 💙. The little extra: a lunch break that makes my mouth water just thinking about it...a real delight with a thousand and one flavors! So again, A THOUSAND THANKS Omar for everything!! We leave with a head full of memories and our bag full of spices so we can continue to enjoy ourselves at home!

Wonderful trip with a very interesting tourist guide who knows a lot about his country. I was amazed by the view, the landscapes are magnificent and the explanations in French superb. Tangier and Chefchaouen are truly 2 magnificent cities in Morocco. I recommend this excursion.
