Visit the beautiful Krka National Park on a day tour from Split by air-conditioned bus. Upon arrival at the park, walk the wooden path through the park and discover a green oasis with endemic species of birds, fish, and butterflies. Visit a beautiful ethno-village where you can see traditional costumes and crafts, the little house dedicated to Nikola Tesla, as well as the old watermills. See the Jaruga hydroelectric power plant below the Skradinski buk, the second oldest hydroelectric power plant in the world and the first in Europe. After spending time in the park with your guide, embark on a relaxing boat ride to Skradin. Take a walk through the little town, climb a fortress and enjoy panoramic views, grab a cocktail or lunch in one of the bars and restaurants or take a swim on a beach nearby, where Krka River meets the sea. Visit a small village and get to know one of the local winemakers. Sample fine Dalmatian wine, homemade olive oil, cheese and bread.

Krka is the seventh national park in Croatia known for its large number of waterfalls. It is named after the river Krka which is part of the park. The National Park is located in central Dalmatia, just a few kilometers northeast of the town of Šibenik. The River Krka has seven travertine waterfalls and its beauty is a natural karst phenomenon, which is recommended to be visited in spring and summer, as you will experience its full splendor during those periods.
A beautiful small town with amazing views. Use your free time to take a walk through the little town, climb the fortress and enjoy panoramic views, grab a cocktail or lunch in one of the many bars and restaurants, or take a swim at a beach nearby, where the Krka River meets the sea.
Visit a local family winery, placed in the small village of Plastovo. Once you’re there, you will be greeted by a local winemaker, who will give you a short presentation of the wines and other local products. The presentation is followed by degustation that includes different kinds of wine, aperitif, homemade olive oil, and local cheese.

I have taking the Krka Waterfals and wine tasting tour with Gabriella and Ante from Booker trave agency -Split and my experience was beyond my expectations: in additation to the beautiful places and the fine wine, I could count on Gabriella’s and Ante’s energy, enthusiasm and kindness in different monents of the day and that made this tour even more special. I would highly recommend this tour per se and if you can manage to be in s group with Ante and Gabriella, your experience will be even better.
Gabriella and Ante were fabulous! Gabriella mad an effort to engage with every passenger, to get to know them. Wonderful and knowledgeable guide.
Our tour guide Gabriella was excellent! She was very involved with the guests which made me feel comfortable and allowed to converse with her.
Gabby and Ante were very informative about Croatia, including Split, Krka, and the War. Everything was well organized and the time was appropriate for each activity. We changed the order of activities to avoid waiting for cruise groups. The wine was decent and a nice break in the heat. We also tasted cheese and prosciutto.
Our tour with Gabriella was amazing! She provided great facts about Split and the Dalmatia region on our drive out. The wine tour was great and informative. The waterfalls were a stunning way to end the tour. Very much recommend!

I think as affordable as it is, just remember that you will still have to pay €30 over and above the tour price, and it will need to be in cash. The group is big, we were on a big bus with probably 50+ people and although as a solo traveler I prefer a smaller group, I still enjoyed the tour. Luka was informative and paid good attention to his group.

Gabby was a great guide! She swapped up the order of the day to avoid the cruise ship excursion crowds at our arrival time at Krka falls and her plan worked out perfectly. We had lots of space when we stopped to swim and at the national park after that. Her commentary was very informative and interesting.
