The experience was very good. Sofi was our tour guide she was excellent. The trip is actually a 5 star. Our trip started from Siena and ending was also Siena but after our last stop Pisa the bus took us to Florence which is 50 minutes and then from there again we traveled back 1.15 hours to Siena although they have sent us in a private van back but it was tiring and waste of 2 hours. So if one is taking a trip from Siena please clarify with the tour guide to send you back from Pisa
