This tour is NOT as advertised. It is mostly a private driver DRIVER around Casablanca, not a private Guided TOUR around Casablanca. It advertises covering many sites lasting 4-5 hours. We met our driver at the UN square cruise shuttle drop of area at 8:30 am. He took us directly to the Hassan II mosque and told us to go in. He stayed with the car, and we paid additional for the entry fee tickets to enter the mosque. Then, as other groups passed us and went in with their guides, we waited until 0900 for the mosque guide to start a tour. There was no explanation as to why we weren't guided in. OK, half an hour wasted. (The mosque was beautiful and very worth the visit by the way). 3.5 hours through the tour, our driver Mohcine said we were out of time (he counted 4 hours from 0830), and unless we paid him an additional 30 euros for one additional hour, we would not see the sites advertised in the tour because we were out of time: the Royal Palace, Sacred Heart Cathedral, or the Quartier Habous (Despite the fact that he wasted our time at a mandatory shop to learn about argan oil ). We showed him that the tour we booked advertised these stops as included, and that the tour was to last 4-5 hours. He ignored these facts. He also wanted us to have a 2 hours lunch with him, which we refused, as he was charging us 30 euros for 1 hour that should have been included. Of the sites, Rick's Cafe is a restaurant right next to the port. There is NO stop here. We whizzed by a couple times, he pointed it out and said it was closed. If you want to go to Rick's, you must make a reservation and they don't open until noon. After we agreed to the extra hour, our driver drove us to the Quartier Habous (another market) next to the Royal Palace (which does not allow visitors). We also drove quickly past the Sacred Heart Cathedral and did not make a stop. Mostly, we were so disappointed with the way the day went. It was supposed to be a lovely first visit to Casablanca. We were showed some sites, but not guided as promised, and having to pay 30 euros cash for the 5th hour for sites that were promised was unfathomable. (We just left him halfway past the 4th hour). Would NOT recommend this tour unless you just want ta driver for 4 hours only. This is not as advertised, and be prepared to shell out extra cash That being said, the other people of Casablanca that we met were lovely. The mosque is beautiful, and there are 2 large shopping malls. Do go visit Casablanca, but I would not recommend this company or this tour.
I purchased an excursion with the info that if ship can’t dock you get a refund. NOT TRUE! Could not dock in Casablanca this morning due to weather and they won’t give me a refund. Such false info I was told. Now they say 24 hour cancellation is needed. I booked 10 months ago and the story changed but no one told me. I would not book with this company.

As per the booking conditions agreed upon at the time of reservation on the platform, cancellations require a 24-hour notice to be eligible for a refund. We understand that this situation is disappointing, especially after planning your trip in advance, but no changes were made to our policy without notice—the applicable cancellation terms remain those stated on your booking confirmation. That said, we truly regret that you were unable to join the experience and we remain available to review your booking details further if needed. Thank you for your understanding.
Terrible, our ship couldn't dock, the supplier wouldn't answer messages and would not refund tour. Would not recommend, would not communicate at all

On our side, the vehicle and driver were present and waiting at the designated meeting point as scheduled. We did not receive any successful contact or communication during that time. We fully understand that situations like a ship not docking are beyond anyone’s control, but according to Viator’s policies, such circumstances do not automatically qualify for a refund when the service provider is ready and present. That said, we always remain open to constructive communication and are committed to assisting our clients whenever possible. What an interesting tour. Being a free day made the whole trip special. Very little traffic or other tourist. My guide, Hamoud was fun and accommodating.

The mosque visit was too long, and there was no visit to the local market. We did not want to go to a carpet store.

We had an amazing tour of Casablanca with Mr. Mozher. He was on time picking us up from our hotel, his car was super clean, his personality was welcoming, super knowledgeable and over all a fun half day of exploring this city together. Our visit of Hassan II Grand Mosque was the highlight of our tour.

We had an amazing time during our private tour of Casablanca. We saw all the beautifull highlights of the city, especially the mosque was breathtaking. Our driver Walid was extremely friendly and informative, he spoke perfect English and made beautifull pictures of us to make the perfect memories. The brand new Mercedes car was very clean and comfortabel. Thanks to this tour we were able to learn about the beautifull marocan history. The visit to the local market gave us an authentic experience we will never forget. This tour gave us a truly special experience. I highly recommend the shuttle layover and tours company to anyone visiting Marocco!

Great trip covered everything we asked for, loved our visit to the Mosque which was the highlight for us and Amine our guide for the day made the tour.
