Great 12 hour day trip with early start. Breakfast and Lunch provided and Oscar the guide was excellent. The entire Heiropolis site was amazing with the theatre being the showstopping highlight. Well worth every penny.

From an early start of 5am from our hotel in Icemeler our journey couldn't have been any smoother. The coach arrived on time with plenty of room for the journey ahead. Greeted by a warm, humourous and friendly tour guide Sultan Nur her knowledge of Pumakkule was great, her historical insight of the site and reasonings behind the Cleopatra pool were well researched. The actual tour had a fine balance between information and giving the group time to explore the site. Seeing spectacular views from the Amphitheatre, to a lovely dip in the Cleopatra pool and then joining the hoardes in the thermal waters - cue mass selfies while watching your step. Breakfast and lunch were well timed although felt a little bit disorganised from the restaurant with regards to their optional drinks. The wine tasting/orca stops were nice although wasn't sold on the sales staff for the tastings after which seemed a bit excessive in areas. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our adventure and thanks for a lovely tour.

Amazing guide she was very fun making it enjoyable to be a part of and helpful with useful facts. Would definitely recommend as never felt rushed had plentyof time at each stop feeling peaceful and a calm atmosphere. Whole coach full never felt crowded anywhere we went and was time for everyone to explore. Food was great at lunch harder for picky eaters so bring snacks if you know your hard to please. Amazing value for money with everything but drinks included. Will absolutely be visiting again when we return.

The trip was really nice, the best part was definitely Pamukkale’ hot springs and terraces. You are paying for the entrance in the bus, so you are skipping the queues. Nur was kind and friendly. We were expecting smaller bus, but it was a big one. Also at Pamukkale you have 3 hours which is not too much- especially if you count additional pool. But overall it is a good trip

It’s a very beautiful place and definitely worth visiting. Our tour guide Nur was very friendly and helpful (thanks again for the adaptor!), she gave us some great tips and advice as she grew up in the area of visit. The 5:30am pick up was hard, but bus is very comfortable and I got more sleep on the way. I would advise comfortable but easy to take off and on footwear. You wont be bathing in thermals by the way, but can do Cleophatra pool, which is warm..I never got breakfast so cant comment on that, but would recommend to bring some cash for teas coffees water. The buffet food wasn’t to my liking, but at that point you will be hungry! and there was few different things to choose from!

A brilliant experience on this attraction. A unique thing to see and experience, truely stunning to see. The organisation of the trip was excellent and punctual. I did feel the stops before and after the main attraction are just not needed. Firstly the Onyx workshop and then after this the wine tasting. Just overpriced shops wasting valuable time that could enhance the visit time of the main attraction. Guide was knowledgeable and was very well spoken in english.
Thank you for your review. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
