I will mostly write on the Ninh Binh Tour, since I've written a review of the Lan Ha Bay Cruise already, which I would already highly recommend. Very short and sweet, and full of fun activities from kayaking to squid fishing to making Vietnamese spring rolls. However, the Ninh Binh tour group was truly the cherry on top. Our tour guide, Chung/Chumy, made very good use of our time and was so nice and accommodating to everyone. She took us to pagodas, temples, along the Trang An Landscape, and up the Dragon Mountain. The 8-9 hours we spent together went by extremely quickly, and was very fun. Never felt tiring or too rushed. Amazingly well-planned. The Dragon Mountain isn't 500 steps though, moreso approximately 430 if that makes you feel more doable.
