Itinerary
We will meet at the "P" parking sign in "Piazza della Calza" by Porta Romana, near "San Giovanni Battista della Calza" at 9:45am, ready for a 10:00am start. The drive to the Chianti by our shared bus/van will take about an hour, during which your guide will outline the day's itinerary and share fascinating insights about Tuscany’s history, culture, and landscapes. As you relax and take in the scenic drive enjoy the rolling hills, dotted with vineyards and olive groves. Your guide's engaging stories and knowledge will enhance your appreciation of the region, making the drive both informative and enjoyable.
11:00am - Reach our office in the heart of Chianti, just 10 km from San Gimignano where you will begin your exclusive, private tuk-tuk tour with a local guide. Stop along the way for photo stops in panoramic points and learn stories of the productions of wine from your guide. The journey will continue through the rolling hills where some of the most famous Tuscan wines are produced for you to fall in love with the astonishing surroundings.
Finally, stop at our favorite local winery for a "grand mama" lunch prepared by the nonna and her family, who own the property. After touring the winery and learning about the winemaking process and their selection, sit down and enjoy a typical Tuscan lunch featuring antipasti and fresh pasta or lasagna, all paired with delicious wine.
3:00pm - After lunch, your private tuk-tuk tour will conclude in the famous medieval town of San Gimignano, where you will have one hour of free time to explore at your own pace. Stroll through the charming streets, admire the tower-filled skyline, and treat yourself to gelato from a world-champion producer. After your visit, you will board the shared bus/van from San Gimignano for the return journey to Florence.
The journey back to Florence will take approximately an hour. You'll be dropped off at the starting point, with a camera full of photos and a host of new friends. Back to Florence at 5:00 pm

This was great! I recommend tuk tuk tour. More personal and Valentina our guide was knowledgeable and friendly! It was a nice change from all walking and got to enjoy the view from tuk tuk and listen to the history and wine making. Wine tasting in chianti region was wonderful and food was delish

Our tour guide Alessandro was truly the BEST! I can’t say enough great things. He was incredibly kind, funny and knowledgeable! This trip was such a great experience. We did the Fiat tour, the views were breathtaking, the winery was stunning with such great wines and a great lunch as well as a short stop in San Gimignano!
