Best Lokrum Island Tour

Great value and efficient stops. Plenty of time to explore Lokrum Island and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Enjoyed both swimming spots. Nikola was very friendly and ensured the afternoon ran smoothly.

Great experience!

This excursion was great! Nela and Nikola were awesome, gave us so many cool facts about the areas around. The timing was perfect, never felt like we were at one spot for too long or too short of a time. The size of the group was good too, there was more than enough room to move around the boat comfortably. Really fun time!

Don’t miss Lokrum Island

Fun 4 hour tour to Lokrum Island, Jacob’s Beach & Betina Cave. Helena and the skipper (sorry don’t remember his name) were very friendly and helpful guides. Lokrum Island is definitely a beautiful and peaceful place to visit.

Fun but the boat did not have emergency life jackets

Fun but the boat did not have life jackets. We had the Glass bottom boat... And the captain told me there were no emergency life jackets, as looked like they got caught/ashamed, on the boat as I asked if they had them for an emergency (not just to use as flotation when swimming) I could see the whole boat as there no storage at all with jackets in them. I'm 100% positive they did not have any as they have to per maritime/Croatia law. So yeah not happy with that, you should not put guests in danger even if you had "boat issues" and had to switch boats last minute.

Fun but the boat does not have life jackets which is the law. So I wouldnt recommend based on that alone

Hello dear Nick, All of our boats have life jackets, we just don't provide them to compensate for the lack of swimming ability. Life jackets on the boat are provided in the unlikely event of an emergency. For swimming we provide swimming noodles

The boat came 20 minutes...

The boat came 20 minutes late, and even though one of the tour supervisors said that the tour would not be shortened and that we would have the full tour with the same activities, the truth is that we lost 20 minutes because the tour finished at the usual time. So we lost 20 minutes, which the boat supervisor recovered by cutting the snorkling time to a measley 10 minutes, and then they gave the order to go back to the boat. It felt very unfulfilling. I will not go on this tour again and I will warn the people I know about Azura boat tours.

Operator response

Hello dear Nicole, Thank you for your feedback. The delay was unfortunately caused by guests from the previous tour returning late, which was beyond our control. To make up for the lost time, our captain increased the cruising speed where it was safe to do so. The beach stop was shorted by 5min and snorkeling stop at Betina Cave was shortened by only 5min minutes, not 20 minutes. And that is how we returned at the exact time. We are sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations.
