8.00 AM – 8.30 AM: Pickup & Transportation The car and the guide will pick you up at the hotel/ train station/ airport … at Dong Hoi city ( or Phong Nha town about 9.00 – 9.30 am) 70km from Dong Hoi to Paradise cave Move on the Ho Chi Minh Trail and know more about Vietnam History 10.00 AM – 11.30 AM: Walk and Enjoy Paradise cave Before getting inside the cave, visitors have to : Use a buggy to finish 1,6 km Walk up 570 metres Relax on resting site Visit Paradise cave – a very wonderful cave located inside the core zone of Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park. It was considered as the longest dry cave in Asia with total length of 31,4 km researched by British Cave Research Association. The magnificent stalactite and stalagmite when visiting 1 km inside the cave.. 12.00 PM: Time for Lunch Return to the restaurant about 5km Have lunch with Local food Take a rest 1h30 PM: Enjoy dark cave Carefully prepared Caving equipment provided (Ziplining belt, helmet & headlight, life jacket) Follow regulations and interpretation guide Activities in Dark cave tourism site. Adventuring Zlipline (370m to dark cave). Having mud bath. Walking inside the cave Swimming & Kayaking Having bath on Chay River Tip : To take photo inside the cave, you can prepare a small water resistance bag to keep your camera or cellphone. 4h30 PM: Return 65km from Dark cave tourism site to Dong Hoi city Take a rest Tour finishes and See you again !

We had a wonderful three-day trip with Netin Travel from Hue to Paradise Cave and Phong Nha Cave. The tour guide was professional, thoughtful, and well-organized. We were very pleased with all the services.
The tour was absolutely perfect! Our guide spoke perfect English and explained everything we needed to know about the places and the caves! I highly recommend the tour ! You will not regret it!
Some of the activities were fine, like the paradise cave, but our tour guide said we were not allowed to enter the dark cave without paying extra. We also booked with this company specifically to have an English-speaking guide, only to find out our guide could not communicate any of the information about the first cave. For the price we paid it was a major disappointment, save your money and book with any other company.

There must be a misunderstanding about the mud bath fee you paid and got. During the tour you look very happy. In The end of the day you asked for a refund. Had an awesome day. Paradise cave was spectacular. Dark cave was great also with an entertaining guide that got everyone involved and into it. Really enjoyed swimming into the cave and having two great contrasting experiences. Everyone was punctual and efficient. And as a vegan, really appreciated being catered for so easily and having a good lunch. Awesome! Thank you

We did an overnight trip from Huề and it was a great excursion for our family with kids ages 10 and 12. The morning Paradise Cave was super cool but crowded. I think that would be true with any group as they let in thousands of people per day. The afternoon Zip line and Dark Cave were totally worth the whole trip. The zip line was high and fast and there were some really good zip lines you could do on your own after in the water park. The Dark Cave took about an hour and we went really far in with only headlamps for lights. I would not recommend for anyone with anxiety or claustrophobia. After these activities you get an hour or more in an awesome water park in the river which our kids loved. Linh was an amazing guide! He even sat with our bags while we did the water sports because our backpacks were too big for the lockers.

Me and my friends had an awesome experience travelling with Netin Travel in Phong Na. We arrived Don Hoi railway station at 7am. We were in extreme luck meeting the manager Cương. He first gave us a single room with toilet to do our essentials with in one hour and he planned the whole day trip for us i.e trip to Phong Na & Dark caves. They were epic! The bus was clean & sleek. Guides were to the point and very helpful. Cương the manager even helped us book a limousine to Ninh bin at night. The experience was seemless and enriching. All thanks to Cương and this lovely place.

We spent 1 day on this tour and found it very reasonable. Thien Duong Cave is super beautiful then go to Dark Cave which has a very interesting mud bath, you can also go boating and play games on the river.

Fantastic day, Victor was a great guide, humorous and approachable. The caves are incredible and had so much fun in the water at dark cave. Highlight was the mud bath in dark cave, would recommend lying in it as it is a unique experience
