Our driver Vittorio was super nice and friendly. I highly recommend him and his driving. However. The water taxi guy was not so helpful. Our hotel is Hotel Metropole in Venice and it has a private dock specifically for water taxi. But this guys just dropped us off at the St Mark ferry dock, I asked him to please take us directly to the hotel since we have a lot of luggage… but he refused, said this is the exact stop. My mon has mobility issues, and we have 8 luggage to lurk around. I would’ve rated this service 5 stars if not for the water taxi. This water taxi experience alone is zero star.

It’s disappointing that the driver didn’t accommodate your request to drop you off directly at your hotel’s private dock, especially considering your mother’s mobility issues and the amount of luggage you had to carry. This does not meet the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the added stress this caused.
