What a gem in the mountains outside Benidorm. Gorgeous all day trip for very good value Started off with the village visit and entry to 3 museums I was sceptical to be honest but I’m glad I visited Interesting and surprisingly enjoyable Then transferred to the waterfalls Gorgeous I’d definitely visit here again in the future The weather was hot and the water is very cold but refreshing Had some lunch in the village before heading back into town Sad one special memories made with my son and he really enjoyed himself at 24 years old
Our second excursion this holiday with round town travel. Also this excursion again hugely worth Giadalest and the waterfalls are huge the Worth it, the view is very promising. Can really recommend this trip
We took this trip off the cuff as something on the quieter side of life in Benidorm, I'm so glad we did, what a beautiful village Guadalest is with stunning panoramic views and amazing scenery, we enjoyed food in a little side street café and a stroll around the village, then a short bus ride to the Algar falls, wow, although a little crowded, the place is stunning, the water is so blue, started at the top and worked our way down, had a little jump in the plunge pool, pics by the fall, fantastic experience, maybe not suitable for the old folks with mobility issues but for us mid 40's folks, we managed just fine 😅 Will (I am) our guide was a lovely fella and a very helpful chap. All in all, no complaints 👍🏻
Worth it! My advice is to wear water footwear when visiting waterfalls. The museums left unforgettable memories, and the views were breathtaking. 🤩
A fantastic trip with a great team. Very well organised, on time, Lovely places to visit with enough time in each destination. Would definitely recommend
Once upon a time there was a beautiful, tranquil, serene and relaxing beauty spot in the mountains. Here there was the sound of falling water tumbling over stones and the air rang with bird song. Now it is absolutely RUINED , so sad. This once beautiful place has been devastated by mass tourism and screaming children, fast food and crowds of people.
Fantastic trip to Guadalest and the falls
Great and friendly staff, Lee in particular was awesome in sorting things out for me. The falls were fab had a swim 👍
Lovely trip, beautiful locations and well organised by the guide Lisa. My disappointment was the time on the coach from Albir being first on and last off. 2 hours of the trip were pick ups and drop offs in Benidorm. I asked if this is the same route for all trips and was told yes but depending on how many bookings, there might be less stops so to enquire before my next trip to Alicante being in 2 days time. I emailed as the office was showing as closed and got a really unpleasant response from Lee who basically told me not to book trips with them and numbers are irrelevant. He then cancelled my trip and rang my hotel and told them to give me a refund. I had enquired politely and his response really upset me. The hotel asked me what the problem was as he had rang them. I can see from others that responses are the same. I had put two really positive reviews on last year but clearly won’t be putting any reviews on going forward. Thank you to the knowledgeable guides I have had on all 3 trips. I hope you receive more respect from your colleague than I did from asking a question.
Fabulous trip, guide, Lisa was very informative. Worth the money.
