Pick up and Drop off are available from any location or Airport in Agra. Your driver will hold a sign with your name for a pick-up at the Airport or Railway Station. If your pick-up is done from your hotel, he will wait for you in the Front/Lobby of your hotel. You will receive your Driver's contact number and his Vehicle number before the beginning of the tour.

We had the best time visiting the Taj Mahal today There were three of us girls traveling together, and Faraz from Taj Mirror Tours made everything so easy and fun. Firstly, this is a decent tour. Contact was smooth and our guide + driver were both friendly and knowledgable. The Taj Mahal and Agra Fort are well worth the visit and I do recommend using this service. With that said, here are our recommendations for future travellers and how the experience could be improved by the tour company, for the travellers’ benefit. - In spite of the title being ‘skip the line’, there’s no skip the line here, it is what it is, you wait with everyone else. The title is misleading in this regard. - There are two choices of tour, one is all inclusive but both fall under the category ‘skip the line’, so when the guide told us to buy the tickets and then wait in the line, we were a little confused. - My mistake as I chose the ‘non all inclusive option’ of tour; however, if you choose the ‘all inclusive’ option you’d still wait in the lines. In all honesty I don’t think the inclusive option would be worth the extra you pay. - If you want to make sunrise, request to leave earlier than the guide suggests. - Lines were long and the bag search system at the Taj Mahal is chaotic/ completely illogical. Not the tour companies fault by any stretch but be prepared, if it’s busy, it’s wild. Agra Fort was much smoother. - Avoid taking a bag if you can - this way you avoid a fair bit of hassle at the security area. You don’t need much anyway. - They are flexible, our guide was anyway. He took us for breakfast rather than lunch which was decent enough. He stopped at an engraving demonstration which we said we didn’t want to go to and he let us skip it, we were also able to skip the leather markets and hand craft stalls. I get this comes with tours but we could not be arsed with it and at the end of the day it’s our tour and had no interest in buying anything. - To avoid traffic at times, we used the metro rather than the car to get to Agra Fort. This was ideal. Smart move from the guide which we appreciated. - We were done by 12.15 and at the pool for 12.45 after a decent morning of culture. - Summary - good tour, could be better, be firm but polite and you’ll enjoy.
