Fun experience, cycling through how baguettes and financiers are made, and rolling a croissant which you get the take back with you. It is a working bakery after all so be prepared for a bit of a squeeze. Pierre was hospitable and kept up a good level of energy throughout.

We took the baguette, financiers, and croissant class yesterday in Paris and it was one of the highlights of our trip. David was an incredible instructor—engaging, funny, interesting, and clearly passionate and knowledgeable about baking. He made the entire experience fun and approachable, even for non-professionals. We learned so much and left with fresh, warm baguettes, perfect financiers, and beautiful croissants that we were proud of. The class was well-organized, delicious, and genuinely enjoyable.
