Before your ride, you’ll receive your driver’s details — including their name, phone number, and car information — so you can easily recognize them. Your driver will arrive on time and be ready to assist you and any special requests before starting your journey. Please note that our sightseeing tours does not automatically include airport pickup or drop-off. If you wish to start or end your tour at the airport, simply select the option with airport pickup included when booking if available. Kindly share any special requirements, such as traveling with a service animal or needing extra assistance, when booking your ride. This ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for you.

- For 1–3 people: A comfortable sedan will be assigned to your group.
- For 4–8 people: A spacious minivan will be assigned to your group.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may be subject to restrictions—please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage can be accommodated.
- Please note: If your group consists of 3 travelers and each person has large luggage, a minivan may be required for a comfortable fit. To ensure a minivan is assigned, please make the booking for 4 passengers.
- Throughout your ride, our drivers serve as informal local guides—sharing stories, history, and local tips at every stop. Please note that drivers are not permitted to enter museums or archaeological areas, but they’ll ensure you make the most of your visit with suggestions and background information before you explore on your own.
- Some stops on your itinerary may be closed on the date of travel due to public holidays, maintenance or special events. We recommend verifying opening hours on the attraction’s official website or contacting us before your tour. If a stop is unexpectedly closed, we will try to offer a suitable alternative.

Pretty straightforward experience, landed at airport early and driver was able to arrive early with little notice to accommodate. Drove us into town, dropped us off at a few sights leaving us time to take a few photos and walk a little bit at each. Drove us back to airport. A little expensive, but car was clean and spacious, service was good and easy.
A great mini tour around Frankfurt and hotel drop off. Raj gave us a lovely run down of city. One small issue with pick up from airport as went to wrong terminal
Poor communication and the trip did not happen. Received my tickets by email. Guide was not in my what’s app therefore did not ever hear from him by cell or email.

Drivers English was extremely hard to understand. Driver was not prepared with itinerary tour…. Airport to hotel. Very disappointed as we paid for the tour.

It was a short trip and the knowledge of the guide about the city made the visit perfect with timing and locations. I recommend a 2-3 hour Frankfurt tour. Longer is not recommended unless you are into museums.
Very nice experience. A good quick introduction to Frankfort. For us having a scheduled airport pickup was very good.
The driver was nice and communication to coordinate pickup from the airport was very strong. He dropped me at old town to start, which was quaint (a small square). But then he kept asking “where do you want to go”. Having never been to Frankfurt, I booked this tour to see the highlights and get a quick immersion into the city. But really wasn’t much there. The airport is only ~15-20 minutes from the city, so could have easily taken a taxi or train. Would definitely pass on the “tour”.
