I'm Francesca, passionate about cooking and gastronomy. I learned the art of fresh pasta from my grandmother in her pasta shop, where we started to host this experience. Then I moved it at my house, a true pasta workshop in a beautiful villa on top of the hills, with a stunning view of Florence. I founded “Francyspasta” in 2017, that won several Airbnb Experiences awards, and changed completely my life in better.Time after time I created a group of passionate hosts like me, and now we are a crew of pasta makers, Gaia, Luisa, Tommaso, all very special people who will make our time together unique, in the magical atmosphere of our workshop-house, full of love, light and art in the heart of our splendid Tuscany.

When we asked our family at the end of the trip "what was your favorite thing", the cooking class was at the top of the list! It was so much fun, we learned a lot, and our teens want to do a pasta making night now that we're home. Chef Alessandro and Chef Francesca were amazing, so patient and knowledgeable, funny and engaging, and sent us home with recipes that we can't wait to try. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. Everything was delicious! Francy's home is so gorgeous with the most beautiful view. Chef Alessandro met us at the cafe which was easy to find, the van was a quick 10 minute ride, everything went perfectly smooth. This will be day our family will have memories of forever, thank you!! Book this class - you won't regret it!!
An amazing experience from start to finish! 10/10 in every way! The food, the ambience and the views are all incredible. The hosts are charming and welcoming. This is a beautiful home in a spectacular setting overlooking Florence and the pastas we made were delicious. Don’t miss this one!!
This was by far the highlight of my two weeks in Europe! Amazing views, great company, and how could you top Alessandro??? He was the best instructor. He was so knowledgable and helpful to everyone in the group. We made gnocchi, spaghetti, and ravioli, and all were truly exceptional. If you want an authentic cooking class in Florence, this is the best!

This could not have been better! The setting is a lovely home in the hills. And our hosts/instructors, Louisa and Alessandro, were absolutely the best! They were knowledgeable, patient, and lots of fun. Great food, great setting, great people!
A few coworkers and I (4 people) booked this cooking class during our stay in Florence - little did I know that it was going to be my favorite activity there! Our total group of 12 people was picked up at the meeting point and driven to Francy’s house where we learned how to make ravioli, spaghetti, and gnocchi under Francy and Alessandro’s supervision. They both made a great team and their humor/personalities definitely made this experience more enjoyable and memorable. If you’re looking for a fun escape outside of Florence’s busy streets, I highly recommend this class!
The setting was amazing and Alessandro and Francesca were knowledgeable, fun, and engaging. They made pasta making doable. I cannot wait to show off my new skills with family and friends!

We had a wonderful cooking workshop in a stunning location with an incredible view over Florence. The setting was truly breathtaking and added something special to the whole experience. The atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming, making it easy to enjoy every moment. We were introduced to Italian cuisine in a very culinary and authentic way, while also getting a fun glimpse into the passionate temperament of the Italians. We were a great group, sharing the experience with David, John, and Eric together with their partners and children, which made it even more enjoyable and social. Overall, it was a memorable experience that perfectly combined food, culture, and a beautiful setting.
This cooking class was one of the highlights of our time in Italy. Held in a beautiful home nestled in the hills above Florence, the setting alone was unforgettable. The views were absolutely stunning—rolling Tuscan countryside stretching as far as the eye could see. Our host and co-hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly engaging. They made everyone feel at home from the moment we arrived and shared their knowledge, stories, and passion for Italian cooking in a fun and approachable way. The hands-on experience was fantastic, and the food we prepared was truly out of this world. Every dish was fresh, authentic, and bursting with flavor. Sitting down to enjoy the meal together while taking in the breathtaking views made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for an authentic Tuscan experience that combines amazing food, wonderful people, and spectacular scenery, I cannot recommend this cooking class highly enough. It was an experience we’ll remember long after we’ve returned home.
