Wear comfortable shoes...

Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for walking. Our host's home was another 20–30-minute walk past the meeting point. It was a pleasure to be in her home where we learned about making pasta but that was the only thing we made and ate. We also felt the timing of the event was uneven. Too much time walking which took away time from either the market or cooking. Overall, it was a fun experience but there is room to make it better.

Great adventure

Such a great experience! We learned lots about making and cooking pasta. We visited a neighborhood market which was very interesting. Such a great host and Carlo was so nice to have us to his home. Highly recommend! Now I have added a pasta maker to my Christmas list.
