- Big umbrellas must be left inside a cloakroom on entering Uffizi Gallery. When the tour finishes customers have to make their own way back to Uffizi Gallery to collect their umbrellas. The cloakroom is open until 6:40pm. To reduce any disruption for your group, we recommend that big umbrellas are not taken on this tour. Small umbrellas are still allowed at Uffizi Gallery

- Please arrive 15 min before departure at each meeting point. All meeting points must be reached independently. For all Combo Tours, the first meeting point is always Via de’ Lamberti 1, Florence (look for Towns of Italy tour leader in front of civic number 1). Uffizi + Duomo Guided Tour: 9:15 AM; SECOND meeting point Via de’ Lamberti 1 at 12:00 PM. Uffizi + Florence Walking Tour: 9:15 AM; SECOND meeting point Via de’ Lamberti 1 at 11:15 AM. Uffizi + Accademia guided tour 9:15 AM; SECOND meeting point Via Ricasoli 58/60 at 11:30 AM.
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Uffizi Gallery
- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.

Our guide was knowledgeable and got us thru the crowds to stand close to or be in front of the important art pieces. The pieces themselves were repetitive subject in different styles, mostly two dimensional. After seeing the Pitti Palace, and the big buildup. .the Uffizi was a big disappointment. Not much of anything there.

Worth ever penny. Loved that our groups were smaller than the ones around us. Every guide had a wealth of knowledge and did a great job of sharing without insulting (the lack of) Americans knowledge or dipping into current politics. Very challenging to do when so much of the history we are learning about on these tours has to do with politics.
Greta was absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable and answered any question we had! She was great at making sure we all saw the art while she told interesting stories of the paintings! The skip the line was so delightful! It was a perfect way to see the beautiful art in the Uffizi!
