Never recommend Viator ever!!

Do not book this at all!! It clearly states in the description that it was with a host. However she did not accompany us at all and told us to request a refund since the museum was in fact free on sundays. I’m not sure why this company would gladly take your money and not disclose this or in fact make it so difficult to try to ask for said refund, we also had another colesseum underground experience booked far in advance booked through Viator but it was cancelled very short notice prior to our departure. We will NEVER use Viator again. Super unhappy

Operator response

You can respond: Dear Viator Support, We would like to clarify that this review appears to reference experiences that were not operated by our company. First, the customer mentions a Colosseum Underground experience in Rome that was canceled. We are based in Florence and do not operate any activities in Rome. Therefore, this issue is unrelated to our services. Second, according to our records, the customer did not participate in any activity operated by us in Florence. The comments regarding the museum being free on Sundays and the host advising them to request a refund do not correspond to any service provided by our company. We kindly request that this review be investigated, as it appears to contain information relating to other suppliers and experiences not operated by us. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards, EU Tours S.R.L.S.

Review of Uffizi

The Uffizi was gorgeous. Art galore. We spent a couple of hours there. A bit confusing as far as the set-up but it is totally worth going to!
