Itinerary
Start with the Accademia Gallery, home to Michelangelo’s world-famous Statue of David. Skip the line with pre-reserved tickets and step inside to admire David up close, along with other important works that shaped Renaissance art. Hear the stories behind Michelangelo’s genius and the significance of his sculptures.
Continue into the heart of Florence to Piazza del Duomo, home to the city’s most iconic monuments. Uncover the history, engineering triumphs, and spiritual meaning behind these extraordinary landmarks as the square’s architectural beauty comes to life.
Depending on your chosen departure, step inside the Cathedral with your guide on afternoon tours or enter independently after morning visits. Admire Brunelleschi’s design and the iconic details of this Gothic masterpiece.
The tour continues with a visit to either the Duomo Museum or the Florence Baptistery, depending on availability. At the Duomo Museum, see original sculptures and works by Michelangelo and Donatello that shaped the cathedral complex.
At the Baptistery, admire the glowing golden mosaics and learn why its bronze doors are known as the “Gates of Paradise.”
Conclude your journey with the optional self-guided climb of Giotto’s Bell Tower, a rewarding ascent offering panoramic views over Florence’s rooftops, the rolling Tuscan hills, and the Arno River.

Interesting tour. Guide was great! Enjoyed that our ticket allowed us to climb the bell tower after and go to the Duomo museum within 72 hours.
This was a very great and thorough tour! Covered all of the highlights in a good amount of time and our tour guide Gulia was very friendly and explanatory.
Tour guide was terrific however we were disappointed not to be able to access the cathedral due to a private event and we were not offered a refund. The cathedral tour was a significant part of our tour.
Our tour guide was fabulous! She was very informed and knew a lot about Florence’s rich history and told it in an engaging, light hearted way. I would say if you’re coming to florence this tour is a must especially if you’re wanting to see The statue of david and also the museums!
Right amount of time and the guide was wonderful. Well worth it since the group tour lines were shorter.
If you're looking for a short tour, this is the perfect balance of the Accademia museum emphasizing the David statue and finishing with the bell tower with optional climb. Great view from the top!
Worth getting tickets to skip the lines. Hiking the bell tower was super fun! Seeing David was amazing, but the inside of the Duomo was a bit of a let down as we didn’t get to see much of it.
Very informative tour with a great knowledgeable guide. It was nice to see both in one tour. Definitely worth it.
With two kids (8 and 11) we had a very pleasurable experience. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable and seeing the real David at the Accademia and hearing all the stories was great! The Duomo was beautiful and so was the crypt.
Guide was very very knowledgeable and interesting would almost consider redoing it. Would recommend for everyone
