Your guide will pick you up at your Hotel/apartment/B&B in Florence. The departure point of your tour depends on the location of your accommodation. In case of Shore Excursion pick up will be at the port. Among other attractions, you will visit Piazza del Duomo, housing the octagonal Baptistery with its famous bronze doors by Ghiberti. Together with Giotto Bell’s Tower and the impressive Cathedral, they offer an impressive architectural ensemble. The octagonal dome is the ingenious masterpiece of Filippo Brunelleschi. During the walking tour, the guide will offer local products according to your taste. See some examples; naturally, tasting all typical products is not possible in only one hour. • Pecorino Toscano – A firm sheep’s milk cheese, aged or fresh. • Panino al Lampredotto - A sandwich with Cow’s fourth stomach cooked in seasoned broth • Finocchiona – A soft salami flavored with fennel seeds. • Prosciutto Toscano – Dry-cured ham , more savory than Parma prosciutto. • Prosciutto di Cinghiale – Dry-cured boar meat • Lardo di Colonnata – A silky, cured fatback aged in marble basins with herbs. • Schiacciata – Tuscan flatbread, often served with olive oil or stuffed. • Cantucci e Vin Santo – Almond biscotti dipped in sweet dessert wine. • Crostino with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) – Often sampled with bread or alone for tasting. • Gelato – Artisanal gelato is a must-try, especially at renowned local gelaterias.
Florence has its romantic face in the spectacular views over the Arno River, which you will see on the way to the picturesque Ponte Vecchio Bridge. Antique and jewelry shops are in abundance.
The main square in Florence is Piazza Della Signoria. Near Neptune Fountain, you will also see the magnificent Loggia dei Lanzi, a 14th-century arcade enriched with outstanding statues. In front of the imposing Palazzo Vecchio is a copy of the world-famous Michelangelo’s David.
Before heading to Pisa, your private driver will bring you to Michelangelo Terrace, which offers a privileged panoramic view of Florence.
Your driver will lead you to the Field of Miracles in Pisa, where you will have one and a half hours of free time to climb the famous Leaning Tower, where Galilei made his experiments on gravity. The Cathedral and the entire complex are a worldwide unicum. Timing includes roundtrip to Pisa ( ask for tickets to the leaning tower if interested)

A private local guide will PICK YOU UP FROM ALL HOTELS/B&B/APARTMENT/RAIL STATIONS IN CENTRAL FLORENCE! If your hotel/B&B/Apartment is **not in central Florence**, let us know its location, and we will organize a private pick up with a luxury car (extra fee depends on the distance). If you have not booked your hotel yet, you will amend your booking later on with your hotel's name or the address of your B&B/Apartment. SHORE EXCURSION OPTIONS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE FROM LIVORNO OR LA SPEZIA. Kindly, on your booking, enter the information regarding your pick-up/drop-off location. Kindly add to your booking a mobile phone (if possible with a WhatsApp connection) and use for your booking an email address you can check frequently. **If you do not receive further messages, the default pick-up time is confirmed.** It is a Private Tour and is customizable! Make sure you booked the right package option. There are three, and have different car options: - Option 1: WOW LA SPEZIA Shore Excursion 8 HOURS - 9:15 am Pick-up: Includes pick-up and drop-off at La Spezia Port Cruise Terminal, which you will reach with a shuttle bus (free and organized by the port authorities). Due to the port distance and the fact the pick-up is at the Terminal and not at the dock, time is limited, and you will not have time to go to Pisa, but only Florence. - Option 2: WOW TOUR Florence & Pisa 8 HOURS - 9:00 am pick-up: Pick-up and drop off at any Florence Central hotel/B&B/apartment. After the 4-hour tour of Florence, a private driver will bring you to Pisa, give you 1,5 hours of free time, and bring you back to your location in Florence. You can book a private guide in Pisa upon request. -Option 3: WOW LIVORNO Shore Excursion 9 HOURS - 8:00 am pick up: Includes pick-up and drop-off at The dock of your Ship at Livorno port. After the 4-hour tour of Florence, a private driver will bring you to Pisa, give you 1,5 hours of free time, and bring you back to the port.

- For your tour, we selected the Accademia Galery. (Tickets are not included and must be requested at the moment of the booking; see "what to expect" section). Visiting the the Uffizi is possible, booking in large advance. Depending on availability and according to your requests, we will program and book the museum you prefer to visit. As an alternative you will explore other sites with your guide.
- Leaning Tower of Pisa tickets must be booked in large advance. Furthermore, the tower has a 297 step spiral staircase leading to the top, and is not recommended for visitors with back or heart problems and pregnant women. For safety reasons, children who will not have turned 8 are not permitted to enter. An adult must accompany under 18s. Kindly confirm you wish to include the Leaning Tower.
- Inside all sites, handbags/bags/luggage are not allowed. Only small bags or backpacks will be accepted, with a max size of 20x30x38 cm.
- Kindly confirm you wish to include the Leaning Tower to your visit, specifing the age of participants.
- Please provide any mobility or wheelchair access and diet requirements, together with the age of children.

Having a driver picking us up from the port was wonderful. She drove us to Florence where our guide was waiting for us to take us to the David and explained all the art and history of the area. Lunch was delicious trying several Italian dishes. An amazing day!

First and foremost Alessio was the absolute best. He was funny, informative and above all else only wanted to please us. We coughing have picked a better driver and guide. Maria Grazia was an excellent guide while we were in Florence. There were more expensive private tours but I doubt any were better than what we got. Viator came through for us.
