Seeing Florence & Pisa are amazing but when booking this tour for a full day it says your “tour guide”. There was not a guide. A driver. Francesco was super sweet, knowledgeable & lovely but he was not a guide. It was very misleading. Also had to scramble at the last minute to buy tickets to see Michelangelo's David & to walk up the Leaning Tower. And I believe we were charged more.
The driver was very helpful . Enjoy the tour. Got us back on ship on time. Would recommend to others

Our driver was great He made sure all of my family was well taken care of. We saw all the sites you could hope to see. Our driver found us a great restaurant to enjoy and had a lot of helpful advice at the sites.
