Do not use this vendor. Horrible experience- confirmation stated email would be sent with location of luggage drop point that would be within the area listed on Viator booking. I received email which prompted me to download an app which did not register my luggage reservation. I messaged the company - response was they would look into it - I still haven’t received explanation or a refund. We used a vendor on the same street that didn’t need a reservation - this area of Florence has several drop off luggage businesses- no need tk do a reservation on Viator - it’s same price & you don’t have to hassle w a company that doesn’t respond & has bad communication
We only had a day to spend in Florence and I found this service in the nick of time. I can’t imagine lugging our suitcases to all the sites. We stashed them securely next to the train station. Life saver for sure!
