Excellent Tour, Expert Guide, Memorable Experience

David was an outstanding guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and highly engaging throughout the day. His passion for Florence and its history was evident in every explanation. He provided fascinating insights into the city's rich heritage, architecture, art, and culture, bringing the historic centre of Florence to life. The tour was well organized, and David's clear and informative commentary helped us appreciate the significance of the city's main attractions. He was always happy to answer questions and made the experience both educational and enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Florence and especially recommend requesting David as your guide. His expertise and enthusiasm made our visit truly memorable.

5 stars for an amazing morning!

Helena was incredible. She kept a brisk, engaging pace and helped us see and understand so much of Florence, including both the Accademia and the Uffizi, without it ever feeling rushed or overwhelming. Her knowledge is exceptional, and she shared history and context in a way that was interesting, accessible, and memorable. This tour is truly not to be missed in Florence—even my 15-year-old loved it, which says everything. We learned so much and would absolutely recommend this experience.

Solid overview of florence’s most well-known art.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and moved at a good pace. We particularly enjoyed how he gave us the correct perspective on looking at Renaissance art, as well as why the statue of David seems disproportional - he was meant to be displayed much higher and was designed and carved for that reason.

All the love of the classics with brains

We had a private tour of Academia and Ulfizzi Galleries. We forgot our guides name! She was amazing! Perfect English, degrees in the arts, spoke to us not at us. She walked at our pace and encouraged us to ask questions about our points of interest. We had the best day, she understood that some things bring you to tears. Go with this tour company. Hope that our girl is your guide.

Educational AND Interesting

Very good experience with this tour. Edy was really easy to work with, and she had lots of information she was able to share with us without being completely overwhelming. She picked out the "highlights" of the Uffizi so we concentrated on the key pieces to see and not get bogged down in all the rest. There's so much there it was nice to have an expert help us get through in the time we had. For the Accademia she was very good about helping us navigate the incredible crush of people who were all lining up and giving us some more details about David we didn't know. We really enjoyed our walk with her (and pointing out the best gelato in the city). Definitely recommend this tour (and guide).
