Impossible to understand the audio guide. The two people from Vox City tried to make it work with their WiFi, but it did not work. They left us with the guide Marcello, who did not care at all and mocked us in front of the other visitors. We left the group after half an hour. I really felt like we were scammed.
Basic tour covering all the sites you're probably going to visit anyway. Some interesting bits of info. The guide was competent but it felt like this was just one of dozens of tours she's done this summer. She did not encourage questions or chat while walking between sites. It's a product - pay more if you want something personal and detailed.
The guide didn’t great us and didn’t give any introduction to the tour. Instead of 10:30 we started at 10:50- there were some organizational issues with other tour participants. Very impersonal and quite monotonous so even for us adults it was difficult to follow.
Our guide was so informative. We learned so many things about the history of Florence. It was my favorite tour
Beautiful tour accompanied by really nice and helpful local guides. We did the whole tour within the 24-hour validity of the pass, a great solution to divide the tour, of 3 hours, into several parts.

Amazing experience! I've spent a weekend in Florence with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed this new concept of guided tour. After 45mins we could jump off to have a quick break and then we jump on to finish our tour. Both guides were fantastic! - I recommend it!
